The reform of university teaching is indispensable in the process of the connotative development of higher education.The core task of university teaching reform is to improve the quality of university classroom teaching.Classroom is the main position of university teaching reform,so we must pay attention to the reform of university classroom.From the perspective of culture,the process of university classroom reform is also the process of reshaping classroom culture.The university classroom is a place where teachers and students interact equally,where critical thinking and innovative consciousness collide and blend,and where academic freedom and exploration are advocated.The university classroom is a place where teachers and students interact equally,where critical thinking and innovative consciousness collide and blend,and where academic freedom and exploration are advocated.The university classroom culture formed in this field is the core of the classroom reform.It influences the behavior and values of teachers and students imperceptibly.It not only lays a solid foundation for the common growth of teachers and students,but also injects vitality into the connotative development of higher education.However,the survey found that there are many problems in the current university classroom culture,the overall situation is not optimistic.These problems seriously affect the improvement of classroom teaching quality.Therefore,we must strengthen the diagnosis and improvement of university classroom culture.First of all,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the relevant content of university classroom culture diagnosis,expounds the essence and characteristics of university classroom culture,as well as the connotation and principles of university classroom culture diagnosis.Based on the perspective of classroom culture observation of the model of licc,this paper formulates the specific criteria for the diagnosis of university classroom culture,and then formulates the diagnostic scale of university classroom culture according to the diagnostic criteria.This study divides the college classroom culture into five diagnostic perspectives,including classroom thinking,teacher-student democracy,independent innovation,teacher-student care,and teaching characteristics.Then,eight diagnostic points are determined according to these five perspectives,there are the level of classroom problem thinking,students' thinking behavior,students' participation in classroom teaching,classroom teacher-student interaction,innovation of teaching design,teacher's way of reply,teacher's eye distribution and personal characteristics of teaching.Then,this study uses the classroom diagnosis scale as a tool,start diagnosis analysis from nine diagnosis points in the classroom of case school with the observation method.The common problems of classroom culture in case universities are mainly manifested in three aspects:(1)Teachers are lack of teaching ability,fairness and emotion;(2)Students are lack of problem consciousness and active learning consciousness;(3)Teachers and students become teaching machines and lacking emotional communicationthe;the relationship between teachers and students is tense and they don't care about each other;teachers have discourse hegemony and students lack discourse power.Finally,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies of university classroom culture from the perspectives of teaching thinking,democracy of teachers and students,independent innovation,love of teachers and students,and teaching characteristics combined with the problems found in the diagnosis,the actual situation of classroom observation and the interviews with teachers and students.University classroom should pay attention to cultivating students' questioning courage,adopting questioning teaching strategies and creating questioning atmosphere to build questioning classroom culture.Teachers and students should have equal dialogue and carry out interactive activities to create a dialogue classroom culture.Teachers should optimize and integrate teaching resources and encourage students to carry out personalized and independent learning to create a creative classroom culture.Teachers and students should understand and respect each other,so as to build a humanistic university classroom culture.Teachers should pay attention to improving the academic ability of teaching and cultivating the academic Emotion of teaching;and schools should improve the academic system of university teaching,so as to build an academic classroom culture.
