The party's 18th proposed for the first time the fundamental task of "Lide Treeman".In the "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Deepening Curriculum Reforms and Implementing the Basic Tasks of Lideshuren",it put forward terms with international significance and timeliness——literacy,and numeracy.At the same time,China's education reform that began in 2003 has been more than a decade.Now is the time to test the results of reforms to readjust the pace of the strategy.Therefore,based on the above two factors,the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China has formulated "Ordinary Senior High School Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",which clearly defines the numeracy,that is,students should possess Mathematics-related thinking qualities and key abilities that able to adapt to the needs of lifelong development and social development.It can be seen that mathematics core accomplishment is a hot topic in the study of mathematics education at home and abroad.This article focuses on the numeracy,based on the theoretical analysis of the connotations and constituent elements of the basic elements of mathematics core literacy.The core literacy standards of the Common Senior High School Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)are used as the evaluation framework and measurement statistics are used.Based on the content of "function concept and properties,basic elementary functions",the status quo of numeracy among students in high school and high school in Zhuzhou City,Hunan Province was investigated.It aims to solve the following problems:(1)Prove the status of the level of each element of numeracy of high school students and the status of the overall level by using the content of "function concept and properties,basic elementary functions" as the carrier under the new curriculum standard;(2)Analyze the high school students'differences in the overall level of numeracy among groups(age,gender).Using Excel and SAS 9.4 software,statistical analysis methods were used to obtain the following conclusions.(1)The level of arithmetical operation and logical reasoning literacy among students is the best,followed by visual imagining and data analysis literacy,and finally mathematical abstraction and mathematical modeling literacy.(2)There were no significant differences in the levels of core literacy among different grades and genders.(3)There is no significant difference between liberal arts and sciences in the second grade;(4)When the interaction between gender,grade and departmental system is considered,the interaction between gender and grade has a certain influence on the level of core accomplishment.(5)There is a cognitive bias between the students' self-evaluation level and the actual test level,and the self-evaluation level is higher than the actual level.Teaching Suggestions:(1)Excavate teaching materials and pay attention to the basics.The basis here refers to the four fundamental qualities of mathematical operations,mathematical abstractions,logical reasoning,and intuitive imagination.(2)Considering the strategy of level,it should be carried out on the basis of students'mastery;students should pay attention to self-initiated inquiry and teachers' timely assignment;should fully consider the feasibility and practicality of "levels" in all aspects of teaching;(3)Adopting a strategy of "combination of strength and weakness";(4)pay attention to mathematics learning habits;(5)Effective teaching using self-perception bias;...
