Optimization is a natural request in our daily life and work,while in mathematics,it is referred to as the most value problem,which has become one of the important contents in high school mathematics and has also appeared frequently in various examinations.Such kind of problems have not only a wide range of types,but also a wide coverage.Besides,the incompact of their content as well as the clutter of their methods also contributes to the difficulty of solving them.The existing research on the most value problem is mostly based on the knowledge module of high school mathematics,such as the most value problem of function,common trigonometric function,multi function,number sequence,solid geometry as well as analytic geometry,and also the research results have been very mature,with the most value problem corresponding solutions intermixed in the knowledge of each module.But as for how to connect all the scattered knowledge and methods effectively,and form a whole system,this paper tries to solve the problem.In this paper,after reading a lot of literature,instead of starting with the knowledge module,but directly with the methodology,the author attempts to find another way to summarize,in a systematic and comprehensive way,the seven methods of solving the most value peoblems,that is,definition method,the method of completing the square,discriminant method,substitution method,combination method,derivative method and inequality method,and with a lot of examples in detail,the author hopes to help the learners come up with some problem solving strategies very quickly and accurately when they are confronted with the most value problems.Besides,the biggest characteristic of this paper lies in the fact that it adopts the methodology as its main thread,with the methods stringing the related knowledge and figuring out the peoblems.What’s more,three classic cases about the appreciation of the most value problems are enclosed at the end of this paper,including the questions from the college entrance examination,the contest as well as a small issue studied by mysef.If we take the previous interpretation of the seven methods as a horizontal spread,then the appreciation here is a vertical analysis of a certain specific problem,intensively displaying all kinds of methods and strategies used to deal with the most value problem,which allows the readers to appreciate the beauty of the most value problems.
