An Analysis Of The Freestyle Pom Routine Based On The (2017-2020)Cycle Scoring Rule

Tournament(Open Group)were selected as the research object.based upon the new cycle(2017-2020)poms scoring rules,literature research methods,video analysis methods,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and some other research methods were used to analyse the current poms level and existing problems of the open group's poms tactics,choreography,and group collaboration.We intended to improve the competitive level of China's poms competition and provide references fo r the future poms competitions.We got the following conclusions:1.Freestyle poms routine technology,the Basic hand movements of the top six teams are mainly bend arms.Deformed hand position were concluded in basic hand actions.The performer didn't use K,Small H,Small Bow,R,dagger five hand positions during the performance of routine.Their Arm movement have a relatively clear position,but the force and control of the arm movements do not meet the standard of rapid braking and accuracy;The performers mainly used Jazz style,the type of lift is mainly consists of 2 care 1,lifts are mostly performed in the back-court,At the same time,a series of lifts are the main action.There is no innovation in the lift and coordination.2.Freestyle pom of choreograph,In the use of music,the first six team mainly use pop music,and each set consists of six music segments.The use of sound effects is u neven;in the use of formation,irregular formations are widely used in Team layout,formation changes are mainly in fixed formations,and non-technical transitions w ere used more than technical transitions in routine.In terms of space and venue,B-C-B and A-B are the main types of space conversion,while B-A-B is the least used.The use of five types of space presents an unreasonable layout.The movement routes in the venue are mainly left and right.The use of arcs and diagonals is less,most of them move in two directions at the same time.In space and venue layout,the overall use of the venue is not well-balanced;in the application of difficult movements,the top six players used more Jump step than other groups.The frequency of using Balance class and Flexible followed the using of Stepping class.Among them,four types of difficulty were mainly used in non-collective forms.3.Freestyle poms routine team,the top six teams have better synchronized musics with movements.The consistency of the movements:the first six teams in gymnastic movements appear inconsistent with the most,followed by the inconsistency of difficult movements.The spatial inconsistency in the top six teams between the flight height,ambulation time,the distance between people are different,especially between the human and human plane space consistency distance needs to be strengthened.
