The development and change of the market is closely related to the overall economic and social development,and the market is an important indicator of rural economic and social development.With the acceleration of the transformation of rural society,especially under the background of urbanization,the market,as a local social center,is also driven by the rapid economic development of the shelf area.This study takes the market of a town in southwest Shandong as a case to explore the realization process of market space transformation and booth space occupation under the background of urbanization,in order to find out the social factors that affect the market operation and booth space occupancy.During the practice of local market upgrading and booth occupancy,there are three different subjects of action:grassroots government?investors and traders,they are present together and interact with each other.Therefore,to fully understand the social process of the realization of market booth space occupancy,It is inseparable from the investigation and analysis of the roles and behavior logic of the three.This paper finds and explains the problem of market booth space from three aspects:the management and construction of grassroots government,the development and construction of investors and the spontaneous action of traders.The study found that the local market was rapidly upgraded and transformed by the urbanization construction planning led by the town government,and became an important commercial center and highlight project in the region.n this process,the grassroots government acts under the concept of urban management,carries out regional planning and construction of the market and selectively invests resources and attention.This selectively invested on the one hand,led to the unbalanced market partition and its legacy potential quality problems,at the same time,the "ignore" of this selective to vendors for booth spontaneously behavior provides easy operation space.We believe that the selective development and construction of grassroots government is the result of the government's consideration and consideration on the one hand,and it is also closely related to investors' pursuit of return on investment profits.In this process,the relatively weak vendors in recognition of the government's space dominance and planning development of the premise,active action to occupy better booth space,so as to gain more competitive advantages and better development prospects of the booth.At the same time,vendors have a continuous relationship with each other due to the proximity of their stalls in space distribution,this helps to enhance mutual cooperation and reduce disputes.In a word,we found that in the process of market booth occupancy and stable market operation,government power and social power work together to realize the social construction process of booth space,where both guiding rules and spontaneous rules play an important role.
