The Important Value Of School's Support System To Teachers' Scientific Research

It is acknowledged that teachers in primary and middle schools doing scientific research is the trend of the development of the times,the requirement of teachers'specialization,and also the process of teachers' discovering unknown themselves.During the process of scientific research,not only will they perfect their knowledge structure,but they can have a better understanding of the students and even finally make the whole school develop in an all-around way.However,there is still a wide gap between exceptions and reality.Because it turns out that teachers' doing scientific research,especially that of primary and middle teachers,is not proceed so smoothly.The author of this paper think that the key point of hindering the smooth running of the reseafch is the absent of a scientific research support system combining internal as well as external supporting forces,and the lack of safe and comfortable research environment and space.On the basis of related theoretical research,the author selected a primary school teacher L as a cooperative partner to make narrative inquiry on her two scientific research experiences that are in different level of success.In order to understand whether the support system of teachers' scientific research has critical influence on the smooth running of research activities;what kind of factors would influence the construction the system,which of these factors play a major role on the construction of the system;and based on actual situation,what can be done to alleviate even solve similar problems that occurred during the process,the author compared the beginnings,processes and results of two research activities separately and then tried to draw a conclusion.The author found that the scientific research support system is the guarantee of the primary and middle school teachers' research activities,and the key to construct the system lies in the school's a series of supportive policy.The influential factors include whether the school's official policy exist or not,the degree of solidarity and cooperation among different teachers,and the support and cooperation of students and their parents.Among the factors,the critical is that the school's policy support and protection.The internal cause is the cooperation among teachers and school's policy while the external cause is the support of parents,both of the two causes make the research activities go smoothly.Therefore,the author tried to put forward to some debugging strategies,which mainly divided into two parts:cohesion of supportive forces in schools as well as acquisition of supportive forces outside schools.School supportive forces mainly refers to something like the official policy support,the relevant resources support and the combined forces of other teachers under the appeal of the leadership in school.The specific measures are:empower the teachers,making them the main body of scientific research,arouse their enthusiasm and initiative,so as to hold the peace of research activities.And the school also need to provide support to ensure the progress of activities and institutionalize the scientific research.Teachers,as the main force,in order to form a stable culture of cooperation,they should unite and cooperate internally,forming a free and democratic atmosphere of cooperation,etc.At the same time,external forces,that is,the support of parents,are also crucial.Parents should support teachers in terms of awareness and action.
