The Master of Online Education refers to the Master of Education,which is mainly cultivated in an online education.As a new training mode of master of education,the reasons for its rise in the United States are: the prosperity and development of online education,the high demand for the development of the education practitioners,the concept of lifelong learning is popularized in American society and so on.As a powerful country in information technology and higher education,this kind of training model is becoming more and more mature in America.At present,the domestic scholars have a low degree of attention to the American online master of education,and hope that this paper can become a brick that attracts the attention of the academic community to the American online master of education.This article adopts the methods of literature,case analysis and comparative study,and according to "Document Analysis-Problems Proposed-Sorting out the History and Current Situation of American Online Master of Education-Introducing American Online Master of Education Training Mode-Summarizes the Characteristics of American Online Master of Education Mode On the basis of clarifying the background of the rise of Online Master of Education in the United States,the author summarizes the history and current situation of the development of Online Master of Education in the United States.This paper focuses on the training model of American Online Master of Education,systematically and comprehensively introduces the training objectives,enrollment requirements,curriculum setup,teaching process,degree acquisition and quality assurance of American Online Master of Education,and then concludes that American Online Master of Education focuses on practice In terms of ability cultivation and enrollment,emphasis should be put on freedom and flexibility,ability is prioritized,structure of curriculum is reasonable,the teaching process emphasizes the exchange of experiences between teachers and students and the sharing of experience,and the teaching quality requires strict and conciliatory features.At the end of the article,comparative analysis of research methods is adopted.In view of the contradiction between work-study and education displayed by our country's master of education in the training process,the lack of flexibility in enrollment,the lack of autonomy and practicality in training contents and the lack of attention to the comprehensive application of modern technology,On the basis of reasonable drawing lessons from the characteristics and successful experiences of the training mode of American Online Master of Education,it is proposed that the training of China's educational master should be improved from the following aspects: to explore diversified ways of training;to attract students to focus on flexibility;to cultivate content enhancement Autonomy and practicality;pay attention to the comprehensive application of modern technology in the training process.
