To strengthen the continuing education of teachers, Improve teachers’ professional specialization is an effective way to improve the quality of teachers around the world, is also a necessary requirement to promote the development of teacher education in our country, the cultivation of master of education has important theoretical and practical significance. Now the conflict between study and work is very severe that in the process of the cultivation of master of education in our country. Because the ways are the main factors influencing the master of education training. And to a certain extent, influences and restricts the cultivation of master of education quality and students, so to explore the new mode of cultivation, solve the contradictions of the master of education in the process of cultivating is very important. Related research in China to cultivate the online master of education research is less, thus giving this study provides the research of space. This paper began with the master of education in our country develop plight thinking, select the master of education at Michigan state university study the system of online program, strive to master the ways of education reform in China practice to provide some beneficial enlightenment.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part: the paper introduces the Michigan education master’s online form of the program, mainly analyzes to the formation of the program background, then analyzes MAET online program’s forming process and the forming results.The second part: system, this part of the Master of Arts in Educational Technology online program as a case, introduces the elements and operating procedure. MAET online program training goal mainly is for prospective teachers, administrators, and other people in the education, the curriculum content is mainly one of the element, including the certificate courses, core courses and elective courses, the theoretical foundation of the project is TPACK knowledge framework. This part also introduces MAET online program run preparation, implementation, and evaluation.The third part: Run of the program, from the macro level and micro level to analyzes the MAET online program’s implementation effect. The effect of the implementation of the program is that has a pageant of recruit students pay attention to ability, time is flexible, comprehensive utilization of all kinds of modern information technology, the curriculum is more practical and pay attention to the students to share, the main factors influencing the project with technical conditions, teachers’ demand, curriculum, faculty, etc.The fourth part:Reference, from the training objectives, the training mode, the training content and the technical conditions to analyzes the use for reference of Michigan state university’s master of education online training program.The fifth part: Revelation, we should expand the scope of the training objectives, explore completely online training modes, curriculum should focus on autonomy and practicality, emphasis on ability training in the process of cultivation, strengthen the integrated application of modern education technology conditions, and share the opinion and the suggestion, to reform the cultivation of master of education in our country.
