The anomie behavior in kindergarten teachers' classroom management activities is a noticeable misconduct in kindergarten,and it should be paid enough attention to.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation and causes of preschool teachers' anomie behavior in classroom management activities,and rationally regulate preschool teachers' behaviors,and create a good development environment forchildren.Thestudy on the theory of democratic management,cognitive learning,behaviorism learning and humanistic learning,using the observation method,interview method,randomly selected different grades kindergarten in Xi'an.For each selected kindergarten,selected three different age classes,using real-time fieldwork.Thesurvey results show that the anomie behavior of kindergarten teachers in classroom management activities is widespread,with language anomie and action anomie,and the frequency is different.I analyzed the causes,and the main reasons for the anomie behavior of preschool education were four aspects: inadequate supply of policy,laws and regulations,Lack or imperfection of preschool service education,personal factors of preschool teachers,survival and working pressure of preschool teachers.According to the presence of anomie,for the reasons,I put forward the following strategies,including ensuring children's education laws and regulations,improving the effectiveness of preschool service education and training,improving the teachers' personal qualities,and improving the social status and the overall treatment of preschool teachers,together to improve anomie behavior of preschool teachers' classroom management in kindergarten,enhance the level and quality of classroom management,standardize the behavior of teachers and provide reference for Creating a good environment for children's development.
