Classroom management is the basic condition of survival, is an important role in promoting the smooth implementation of classroom teaching activities. Management of teachers in classroom directly reflects on the external behavior, the study of classroom management behavior should come first. This study "in the classroom teachers to improve classroom order, and ensure smooth, for the purpose of teaching management on students’ problem behavior and good conduct a series of behavior" as the breakthrough point, bottom-up generalizations, form structure and verified. The study is three continuity researches, this study aims to explore the structure and characteristics of the elementary school physical education teachers classroom management behavior.Research 1 as a reference in existing research, on the basis of 15 primary school physical education teachers in 5 Beijing primary schools to carry on the interview, the aim is the preliminary construction of primary school physical education teachers classroom management behavior structure. Research 2 on the basis of the research 1 of a 78 open coding, through the observation and interview of experts and students, added seven entries, delete the 5 entries, ultimately acting 80 questionnaire items, the formation of "elementary school physical education teachers classroom management behavior questionnaire". Research 3 on the basic of research 2 questionnaire were statistically analyzed, characteristics of primary school physical education teachers classroom management behavior is described.Conclusion:1. Through the study of a certain dimension verification, delete the communication dimensions, seven dimensional model fitting index is good, explain seven dimensions structure is stable. In addition, the seven dimensions of higher order verification, the result cannot come into study a certain two dimensional model.3. Teachers should use more elementary school physical education to solve contradiction between behavior and establish regular requirement to manage students, less interesting from management to management, and senior in the dimensions in the remaining six dimensions except the incentive to take more management behavior.
