Anomie behavior in classroom refers to the violation of code of conduct of classroom, it disturbs the order of class, interfere with the teacher’s teaching process, and affect the other students as well as their own study. Anomie behavior in classroom not only affect the physical and mental health of the students themselves, but also interfere with the other students and it conflicts with teachers’overall expectations, thus causes the disorder of teaching process, and finally affects the efficiency and quality of teaching. Through the study of anomie behavior of Beijing Sports University undergraduate, it helps teachers to grasp the characteristics of students and improve the teaching process so as to realize the teaching mission in a high quality.This research adopts the literature material method and summaries the theoretical problem of anomie behavior, also it uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct stratified sampling of Beijing Sports University, and examines the undergraduates’awareness of classroom anomie behavior. The following conclusions are made:First, the anomie behavior among Beijing Sports University undergraduate are diversified. Second, there are controversial criterion to define anomie behavior. Third, the college students’understanding of the danger of classroom anomie behavior is shallow and not comprehensive. Fourth, the reasons that caused the anomie behavior are diversified, and the main reason is the lack of code of conduct in classroom.To solve the problem of anomie behavior among Beijing Sports University undergraduates, we suggest that the school authorities set up a classroom management synergy mechanism, and clear the duties, perform their functions concertedly. First, the Department of Student Affairs should lead to establish reasonable and clear rules; Second, the Dean’s Office shall carry on a check which is strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations; Third, counselors should lead by example and pass the school information to the students and take the behavior norms education in a long-term view; Fourth, teachers should focus on strengthening the teaching method, and improve the class management ability; Fifth, college students should correct their learning motivation, strengthen the consciousness of following rules and improve self-discipline ability and learning ability. |
