With the constant challenge of the economic society to education and e need for high level talents in the country is increasing,how to cultivate acadeic postgraduates with solid professional knowledge and professional skills has become an important subject in higher education.The full-time academic postgraduates are the important source of strength of the scientific research talents.Although there are many ways of graduate training,besides professional courses,project research and professional practice,professional course learning is an important carrier and platform for training postgraduates’ professional knowledge,skills,research consciousness and ability.Then,the effect of professional courses learning has an important impact on the quality of postgraduate training.Therefore,how to improve the learning effect of academic master’s professional courses has become a realistic topic faced by the educational departments and universities.On the basis of literature research and field research,first of all,it is found that learning support services include emotional support services,management support services and academic support services,and the academic support services can improve the effect of learning mostly.Then,after studying the elements of the academic support service,the author designs a questionnaire which has high reliability and validity is designed to investigate and analyze the academic support service of the full-time academic postgraduate students in Guangzhou.There are many problems,such like the approach of academic graduate students seek academic support services in the study of professional courses is relatively simple,learning peers and postgraduates are not strong enough in the learning atmosphere of the offline professional courses,teachers are seldom provide high-quality academic guidance for academic postgraduates and so on.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,combines the basis and principle of strategy design and puts forward the strategies of academic support service for academic postgraduates’ professional courses learning,such as strengthening the awareness of the service of academic support,actively create an atmosphere of academic support service,Strengthening the process of optimizing the service of academic support,design and development of academic support service system.However,in the process of implementation,there is a short period of strategy practice and the shortage of small samples.In the future,the practice cycle will be lengthened and the number of samples will be increased to enhance the persuasiveness of the strategy. |
