The strength of the country is due to people,and the talents are out of school.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities:"Education is prosperous,then the country is prosperous,education is strong,then the country is strong." Focusing on the development of higher education is an important symbol of the country's continuous development.Only by improving the development level of China's higher education can we accelerate the building of a talented country and continue to enhance the country's core competitiveness." Graduate education is an important way to cultivate top-notch innovative academic talents.The importance of academic interest in the cultivation of academic talents at the postgraduate level is self-evident,but comprehensive research shows that the research on the academic interest of full-time postgraduates is still insufficient.Therefore,this study selected the full-time postgraduate students of Yunnan University as the research object,and studied their current academic interest and influencing factors.This research is not only conducive to enriching the theoretical research of academic interest of full-time postgraduates,but also conducive to the cultivation of the academic ability and academic interest of full-time postgraduate students at Yunnan University.The academic interest of this study is defined as the individual's recognition of the value and rules of academic research,the willingness to actively participate in academic research activities and put into practice,and the willingness to use academics as a psychological orientation.Based on this definition,the status questionnaire was designed.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)The academic interest of full-time postgraduate students in Yunnan University is generally general,and the academic identity,academic interest,and academic efforts are decreasing in turn;(2)There are significant differences in academic interest of academic masters of different genders.The academic interests of male students are generally higher than the academic interests of female students;(3)the academic interests of academic graduate students of different grades are significantly different,among which the students of Yanyi have the highest academic interest,and the students of Yansan have the lowest academic interest;in this study Other background variables involved do not have statistically significant differences in academic interest.On the basis of completing the investigation and analysis of the status quo of academic interest,the follow-up interview survey was supplemented.The main influencing factors of the academic interest of the full-time postgraduate students of Yunnan University were studied from three aspects:personal factors,environmental impact and academic practice.Interview surveys show that:(1)among the factors affecting academic interest,personal factors account for the highest proportion,academic practice has the least impact on academic interests;(2)personal influence factors,postgraduates'self-efficacy,and professional matching influence academic interest The most important factors;(3)Among the environmental impact factors,the influence of the instructor is the most important factor,followed by the academic environment and professional curriculum of the school;(3)participation,psychological expectations,and feedback incentives are the graduate students in academic practice.The main impact factor.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on how to improve the academic interest of full-time postgraduates from schools,majors,curriculum,tutors and individuals.
