With the continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment,the number of postgraduates has gradually increased.Whether or not the quality of postgraduate education can be properly controlled is a major challenge facing universities.From the current point of view,due to the proliferation of academic qualifications,the "gold content" of graduate students has been reduced,high-quality positions provided by the market have become increasingly scarce resources,employment pressure has increased,and the phenomenon of graduate burnout has persisted for a long time.The response will not only have an impact on the academic studies and future of graduate students,but will also be detrimental to the "connotative development of higher education" in China.This article is based on the research on the full-time postgraduate's academic burnout and its coping strategies in Guizhou universities.By compiling questionnaires and collecting data,this paper analyzes the status quo of the full-time postgraduate's academic burnout in Guizhou universities and its relationship with influencing factors.A reasonable and effective analysis of the factors leading to academic burnout will help the academic progress of graduate students,improve the teaching quality of graduate training units,and improve the education system.Strive to provide suggestions for personnel training mechanism,discipline construction,management mode and other aspects for university managers to cultivate high-quality graduate students,so that China's higher education resources can be fully and effectively used,and graduate students can realize their personal and social values.Different groups of students have different forms of academic burnout.According to the previous views,this article defines the postgraduate's academic burnout as: during the learning process,students are not sufficiently interested in learning and research due to various factors.Or motivation,but have to face depression and boredom in the face of learning and scientific research,which results in a state of physical and mental exhaustion,and a series of inappropriate behaviors such as evading learning.The survey and interviewees in this article mainly include some graduate students and teachers from Guizhou University,Guizhou University of Finance and Economics,Guizhou Normal University,Guizhou Medical University,and Guizhou University for Nationalities.Based on the theory of total quality management and the theory of supply and demand,this paper analyzes the academic burnout of full-time postgraduates in Guizhou universities.The conclusions are obtained by obtaining data: first,academic burnout does occur in full-time graduate students in Guizhou universities;second,there are differences in differentdemographic variables in the full-time postgraduate study in Guizhou universities;third,the school environment,learning Resistance,interpersonal relationships,and family factors affect the academic burnout of full-time graduate students in Guizhou universities to varying degrees.Aiming at the problems and influencing factors of academic burnout of full-time postgraduate students in Guizhou universities,we propose countermeasures and suggestions from several aspects such as accelerating education reform,strengthening school management,strengthening the responsibilities of tutors,adjusting the learning process,and paying attention to family education,in order to alleviate the academic burnout of graduate students.situation.
