The nineteen major report of the party points out:"the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of the people and the uneven development of the imbalance" The report argues that this new contradiction is not only the people's higher demand for material and cultural life,but also the growing demand for environment.How to solve the environmental problems in the new contradiction?The basic strategy put forward in the report is:"persist in the harmonious co-existence of man and nature.."
