Inspired by the Chinese team's semi-final men's semi-final in the 2016 World Table Tennis Youth Championship, the young athletes showed strong psychological fluctuations in the game because of their own operating experience and cognitive reasons. As a finely-skilled sports game, table tennis athletes' psychological fluctuations will be directly reflected in the performance of sports.Compared with adult athletes, young athletes are more likely to have a great ups and downs in the game and affect the performance of the game and even the results of the game..Therefore,it is self-evident that the study of psychological tides in the young table tennis athletes is important. This article explains the psychological tidal phenomenon in athletes based on psychological momentum in sports psychology, and proposes intervention strategies to track the effects of interventions.Based on the theory of psychological momentum multidimensional model,we explored the reasons that influence the performance of youth table tennis players in the game and even the results of the competition from two perspectives of the athletes themselves and their opponents, and the psychological and dynamic experiences(positive/negative)of the athletes during the competition.Countermeasures.The young table tennis players participating in the sports school in Hubei Province are the subjects of the survey.Through the pre-competition investigation visit, the observation record during the match, and the feedback collection after the match, the players understand the sports performance of the players in the pre-scheduled situations.Analyze the driving force that may trigger the athlete's psychological momentum experience. As well as the player's athletic performance, behavioral performance, and coping ability during the psycho-dynamic experience, and based on this,he proposed intervention measures for the athletes and coaches.First of all, through the literature data method to determine the research based on the psychological momentum multidimensional model as the theoretical basis, combined with the characteristics of the table tennis project,as well as literature data, athletes, coaches and sports psychology graduate students to design the survey questionnaire.Participate in questionnaires for 96 participating athletes participating in the 2017 Junior Table Tennis Championships in Hubei Province;and conduct interviews with coaches of the participating teams. Then, statistics on the valid data collected by the questionnaire are compiled together with the coaches to determine the indicators of observations ofthe participants in the game.By observing the indicators and the athletes' performance in the match,as well as collecting the feedback from the survey participants after the match,we finally analyzed the driving force that triggered the psychological momentum experience of the young table tennis players;by observing the sports performance and behavior of the survey participants.Performance and coping ability Analysis Athletes are in the characteristics of psychological power experience during the game.Taken together, the athletes and coaches were asked to intervene, and the interviewees' intervening circumstances and effects were tracked. The results show that: 1.The opponent's positive/negative performance behavior, critical ball mistakes, chance ball errors, consecutive loss points, big scores, and number of games behind are the driving forces that mainly trigger athletes' psychological momentum experience.Gender, age, years of training, and individual differences are partially biased. This is particularly manifested in youngsters of table tennis athletes aged 13-14.2.The psychological power experience in the game will play a positive or negative role in the performance of young table tennis athletes during the game. When the athlete is in a negative psychological power experience, the performance of the game is decreased, and the performance reflects a negative state, which is embodied in the tactics and tactics.Decline,Decline in predetermined tactical execution,Attention loss,Decrease in attack rate of the first three boards,Decrease in forehand use rate,Decrease in physical mobility,Increase in non-forced technical errors,(Passive)defense,Negative subjective experience Tendency: When athletes are more confident and active when they are in a positive psychological momentum experience, they are highly concentrated in concentration, firm in tactics, increased use of forehand, increased rate of attack in the first three boards, improved physical mobility, and subjective experience.Positive.It is worth noting that athletes rarely feel physical decline but their mobilization is reduced when they are in a negative psychological momentum experience. This is due to the distraction of the athletes.3.According to the questionnaire before the match, athletes almost all think that they have at least one strategy for dealing with negative/positive psychological momentum experiences in the game. However,in observing the survey,it was found that athletes knew that they would use strategies to adjust their own state but did not have clear specific means and often could not actively change in a single game that produced negative psychological power. Some athletes even experienced a negative psychological momentum experience. At the end of the game,no strategy was adopted to delay or adjust one's status.Based on the above, the study considers that the psychological power experience in the competition will lead to the psychological tide phenomenon in the young table tennis athletes. The intervention strategy was developed from the two subjects: athletes and coaches. It was divided into five steps: the establishment of psychological driving experience for athletes, the recognition of psychological driving experience in competition, and the influence of psychological driving experience on sports performance during competition. The coping strategy of the psychological power experience in the match was unfolded.During the intervention, coaches are the main body, helping athletes to adapt to the triggered psychological momentum experience of the driving situation at ordinary times and taking training to make athletes pay attention to their own status and take the initiative to adopt a tactical or tactical approach to change the state. However, the impact of the intervention on timeliness, the importance of the game, and the cognition of the athlete will be repeated and interfered. The athlete will return to the previous subjective experience and coping style due to the degree of attention to the outcome of the game.
