Investigation And Analysis On Pre-match Emotion Features Of Xinjiang Table Tennis Athletes

Since 21 century,the regulation and equipment of table tennis match have been made a series reforms.It puts forward higher requirements to stamina and psychology of athletes.In the match,just one point also has an effect on the athlete's emotion that would directly influence the technical and tactical level of athletes play and the result of the match.Especially in the case that levels are similar between the two sides,they must need good emotion and psychology quality for winning the match,Xinjiang table tennis team should be more strictly with athletes in physical and psychology quality,technical and tactical level and experience in competitions if they want to improve performance even taking a place in the national table tennis circle.In this paper,table tennis athletes in Xinjiang team were as the research abject,adopting literature data method,questionnaire method,interviewing method and mathematical statistics to know the pre-match emotion features of athletes in Xinjiang table tennis team,and grasp the internal relations between pre-match emotion and gender,athlete grade level and personality characteristics.Through this research in order to propose the scientific guidance for pre-match mental training,and promoting athletes ' ability for regulating and controlling pre-match emotion.Finally,the athletes will have a good performance in the match.The main conclusions of research include:(1)In four dimensions of pre-match emotion,the score of athletes in Xinjiang table tennis team from high to low is:self-confidence,individual failure anxiety,social expectation anxiety and somatic anxiety.(2)There is no significant difference between the pre-match emotion and gender to Xinjiang table tennis team's athletes.(3)Xinjiang table tennis athletes' pre-match emotion and sports level have no significant correlation.(4)In pre-match emotion of Xinjiang table tennis athletes,there is significant difference between the neuroticism and individual failure anxiety,self-confidence,somatic anxiety.The athletes of high extroversion are higher than the athletes of low extroversion in self-confidence,and existing significant difference between them.But the research shows that do not have significant correlation between the personality of openness,agreeableness,conscientiousness and the pre-match of Xinjiang table tennis team's athletes.
