Slamball is a kind of competitive extreme sport that includes many sport elements,and player can finish a highly difficult slam dunk overhead,at sametime the special rules and the confrontational football style make this sport to be full of ornamental and stimulation.During these years,Slamball began to cooperate with college and university,and built community in university,so the number of scale getting bigger.This paper target to research how Slamball sport carry out operation and promotion,and put forward some concepts about promotion and operation,finally,put forward some ideas about it.And the paper developing by literature review?comparative analysis?field visit and expert interview.According to the research,we find that most of Chinese sport club do not know who is the subject of hegemony,it leads to professional sport league cannot get a clear objective,and enterprise lose their activity and cannot build their special enterprise culture.Governments devolve the power to market gradually,the intensity of reform is not enough in some main issues.Western professional sport alliance went through market economy more than 100 years and created an effective way to perfect their operation and management.However,China go through market economy at last ten years,if we only copy the western form,it must have hidden trouble in the sport club operation and promotion.Slamball born from American,developing in the American,then it come to China in ten years,and it adapt to Chinese market soon.The reason why it is success,I think it not only superiority western management form,but also,the mode of "League-University-Community" is good for promotion and operation.According to inductive?inheritance and supplement about Slamball sport club operating form,it could provide some useful reference,and give some operation and promotion advise for domestic professional sport organization;At same time,on the basis of comparation between slamball and other famous club,we can conclude experiences and specific way to domestic sport league.
