| Our country is the world’s only an aging population countries,how to promote social "healthy aging" is an important problem facing social and economic development.Elderly community sports as the implementation way of "healthy aging" in China,in the research findings of community sports,is a lot about the involved,but not involved the study of its running model.This study in old urban community sports in liaoning province for example,with years of sports fitness and management of the status quo as the research object,using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview and mathematical statistics,etc,and the development trend of China’s urban community and community elderly sports development goals,the combination of building a new type of liaoning urban community elderly sports operation mode,to offer reference for the development of the community elderly sports.Through the results of the study and analysis,the following conclusions:(1)the elderly fitness consciousness is stronger,give priority to in order to exercise and fitness with family and friends alone,fitness places mainly in or near the home of park plaza,fitness project is given priority to with aerobic exercise more;(2)the main problems of the elderly sports fitness are: fitness venues and equipment deficiencies deficiency,community sports instructors,the elderly fitness knowledge and understanding of the laws and regulations is low,the elderly sports consumption level is low and the elderly sports organization construction lag;(3)the main problems of liaoning old urban community sports development are: the community elderly sports laws and regulations is not sound,management system transformation of disconnect,the lack of human resources and the shortage of funds;(4)new community elderly sports operation mode is the government provide policy to assist the premise,to the community of developers to build community sports fitness club as the center,at the center of the community sports activities organized by the residents committee as the foundation,to the community sports coaches and volunteers as the backbone,to the community elderly people as the main body,managed by property company,based on a variety of community sports fitness community elderly sports running mode.And put forward the following Suggestions:(1)perfect the elderly sports laws and regulations;(2)strengthen the elderly sports science research and promotion;(3)To run the new community elderly sports mode of pilot run;(4)strengthen the community elderly and the elderly sports industrialization theory research. |
