Research On Function Of The Postgraduate Of University In Ideological And Political Education

Graduate students in colleges and universities are the pillars of future social development and the highest level of talents in China's education structure.Their ideological and political education is an important component of China's talent cultivation.With the change of the mode of training education for graduate students in our country and the rapid development of information technology,the issue of ideological and political education for graduate students is also increasingly evident.Therefore,the ideological and political education for postgraduates needs to be reformed both theoretically and practically.This is an important task facing the universities.In the new era,the party and the government paid more attention to postgraduate ideological and political education,and emphasized that university student organizations play an important role in ideological and political education.This article focuses on the study of the functions played by postgraduate colleges in ideological and political education.It is a new area of ideological and political education in universities.Combining the important position of graduate students in ideological and political education,based on the existing theories,they will summarize,compare and analyze.Based on the theoretical basis,they will conduct more in-depth exploration and sublimation.In order to study the functions of postgraduates in colleges and universities in ideological and political education,this paper firstly combs the relationship between postgraduates' associations and ideological and political education.This section analyzes the nature of postgraduates' associations in universities,which is the bridge between the school and graduate students.It is a mass organization of postgraduate students that summarizes the functions of policy guidance,value orientation,quality training,and charity service in the ideological and political education of university graduates.It also summarizes the self-management,self-education,and self-service of postgraduate students in ideological and political education.Self-supervised work methods,and analysis of the organizational advantages,organizational advantages,advantages of members,practical advantages,etc.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo of the ideological and political education function of postgraduates in universities through questionnaire surveys in five universities in Sichuan Province.According to the feedback,an empirical analysis of the effectiveness and insufficiency of the graduate students' ideological and political education shows that at present,the functional effectiveness of the postgraduates' colleges in ideological and political education is still quite significant,mainly through ideological and political education activities and enriched ideological and political education.The form of education has improved the overall quality of postgraduate students and cultivated the consciousness of public service for graduate students.However,there are also deficiencies,such as: publicity and implementation of the party's principles and policies on the surface,lack of guidance on the core values of socialism,self-management ability of graduate students will be insufficient,the content of practical activities is not new enough.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of giving full play to the functions of ideological and political education of graduate students in colleges.Based on the analysis of previous practice,this paper proposes to use organizational advantages to improve the working mechanism of ideological and political education for graduate students and enrich the ideological and political education of graduate students through the use of advantages in activities.The use of the advantages of members to enhance the ideological understanding of graduate students and guide graduate students to build socialist core values.At the same time,it proposes to make full use of big data to analyze the ideological dynamics of postgraduates,use new media to strengthen ideological infiltration,emphasize the importance of people-oriented development of individuality,and adhere to the method of Lideshuren to promote comprehensive development,so that the postgraduate meeting will have better functions in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
