As the Ministry of Education continues to pay attention to MOOC construction and mobile learning has gradually become the mainstream learning mode,the number of mobile MOOC learners is increasing.High-quality course content,personalized functional services,and good user experience have become the key factors for the development of mobile MOOC under the background of experience economy.However,there are especially the issues with the current mobile MOOC platform,such as homogenization,unclear positioning,and poor learning experience,which directly affects learners' enthusiasm for learning and willingness to continue learning.Based on this background,this paper starts from the perspective of learner experience and introduces the flow theory into the design of mobile MOOC platform in order to propose some mobile platform design strategies that can stimulate learners' flow experience,improve user experience of platform and guide practice.Aiming at the poor learning experience of MOOC mobile platform and the lack of learner motivation to learn,this paper analyzes MOOC learners' learning motivation and behavioral rules,mobile learning information processing models,and the flow of elements in the design of mobile Internet products firstly.Then it summarizes the flow model of the mobile MOOC learner arnd deduces four mobile platform design principles that can motivate the learner's flow experience:knowledge visualization establishes clear goals,operational efficiency ensures focusing on attention,learning participation stimulates intrinsic motivation and enjoying learning pleasure with experiencing emotions.And proposes design strategies of layer,scope layer,structure and framework layer,presentation layer.Finally,optimizing the Chinese university MOOC,a case study,based on the deduced MOOC mobile platform design strategies which create flow experience.The research has theoretically expanded the theoretical methods of MOOC mobile platform design,further enhanced the application value of the theory of flow in the field of Internet education,and provided a design strategy and recommendations for mobile MOOC platform designers in practical terms,promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the construction of MOOC platform.In the social sense,the concept of lifelong learning and building a learning society is deepened.
