Teachers' resilience is the ability of teachers to overcome difficulties and recover quickly in the face of problems and difficulties,and even to seek development from difficult situations.The study of teachers' psychological resilience can help teachers adjust themselves and recover in a timely and effective way in the face of various pressure challenges.Therefore,based on the study of the level,characteristics and influencing factors of teachers' resilience in different professional development stages,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the characteristics of teacher resilience in different professional stages is different.The level of mental resilience of novice teachers is lower than the others,which is not significantly different in gender,education and discipline,but in marital status.Mature teachers have higher psychological resilience due to their choice of solutions to the problems encountered and their psychological characteristics.The mature teachers are different from the novice teachers on the issues concerned,and the mature teachers of different genders have different levels of psychological resilience.Because of their cognitive,psychological and personality characteristics,the expert teachers are more resilient than other teachers.Secondly,the influence factors of different stages in teachers' professional development psychological elasticity is different.Kumpfer psychological elastic framework theory divide the factors into environmental characteristics and personality traits.Among them,novice teachers are most affected by environmental characteristics;risk factors in the environment characteristics of the novice teachers is more,and the second is the mature teachers,the expert teacher is the most difficulty people affected by the environmental characteristics.Among novice teachers'personality characteristics,risk factors are greater than the protective factors.While in mature personality characteristics of the teachers,the protective factors are greater than the risk factor.The protective influence of the expert teacher's personality characteristics is the largest.Thirdly,the strategies for improving teacher resilience include actively seeking help from others;trying to understand students and actively enlist the support of parents;learning to adjust the state of mind,improving the sense of teaching efficacy;establishing a firm teacher's faith;improving personal ability;getting in the habit of writing a teaching diary,etc.
