Young teachers are reserve forces for development of teacher,training of young teachers is very important to the whole school work,is the key to cultivate the social development needs of talent,is the key to improve the quality of teaching in china.Each school should adopt the training multiple mode and combining with the needs of teachers to train young teachers and promote the professional development of young teachers.The new curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements for teachers'professional ability,professional knowledge and professional quality.As a chemistry teacher in new era we need to improve the professional quality,professional ability,professional knowledge,establish a new concept of education,change their teaching behavior and other efforts to achieve their own professional growth.The study researched stage of teacher's professional development that based on reading a lot of literature,the needs of teacher's development,teachers' professional development strategy,we carried on a survey to status of Chemistry Teachers'professional development in Hubei Huangshi,the object is mainly about ten years of seniority in the young teachers from professional knowledge and professional ability requirements,different stages of training mode,in order to make the data more valuable,this paper conducted interviews to three outstanding teachers in Huangshi,their detailed process of development will be divided into four stages,understood the common and individual demand in different stages,I hope to have some reference value for the development of young teachers and have certain guiding significance to the strategy training of school teachers.This paper researched development of teachers by Berliner five stage concept as the guidance,the professional development of teachers is divided into four stages include undergraduate demonstration stage,adaptation stage,rapid improvement stage,comprehension the essence of teaching,based on psychology,developmental psychology,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,philosophy theory and other theory,we adopted questionnaire,the literature research method and case,the thesis is divided into six parts to discussThe first part,we review the research and development trend of teacher professional development at home and abroad and make a simple introduction of the research ideas,research significance,research purpose.The second part,we described the understanding of the basic concepts and discussed the theoretical basis of this research:five stage development ideology of Berliner teachers,development of psychology theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.The third part,the application of Berliner teachers five stage development thoughts,the three outstanding young high school chemistry teachers' professional development is divided into four stages,analyzed their different stages to find out their common and personal needs and discussed the developing mode selected in different stage in order to provide a reference for other professional development of young teachers,it help to young chemistry teachers find their professional development.The fourth part of this paper,in order to verify the interview conclusion whether conforms to the development of the majority of teachers,the author carried out a questionnaire of young Huangshi high school chemistry teachers,this part is mainly to investigate professional needs and training mode of teachers in different development stages.analyzed Survey data,combined with interviews to study the diverse needs of teachers at different stages,to promote the professional development of young chemical teachers.The fifth part of this paper,the author put forward the different training strategies of teachers' professional development in different stages,This paper expounded the training mode and put forward that the school and the teacher should choose the training mode suitable for the teacher development according to the needs.The sixth part:Conclusion and Prospect...
