In the management practice of kindergartens,the roles of the principal and teacher are different.The principal is the manager of the kindergarten,the maker of the overall teaching plan,the teacher is the implementer of various tasks,and the principal coordinates the interpersonal relationship with the teacher.Conducive to the smooth completion of various matters in the kindergarten.At the same time,the professional level of teachers has a bearing on the quality of kindergarten affairs.Through the interaction with teachers,the head of the kindergarten understands the problems and difficulties encountered by the teachers,so as to guide the teachers in a targeted way and promote the professional level of the teachers,to get closer to the faculty.In this study,a purposeful sampling method was used to select 150 teachers from different kindergarten development stages in 7 kindergartens(4 public kindergartens,3 private kindergartens)in City B.A total of 133 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on the research purpose and questionnaire recovery rate in the later period,three kindergartens of different natures and grades were finally determined.The principals and teachers were selected for interviews,including the principals of public demonstration kindergartens and an expert teacher,the principals and a skilled teacher,a novice teacher who has not yet been graded by a private kindergarten,uses the method recommended by the principal for the selection of three kindergarten teachers,and takes the questionnaire filled in this study as a prerequisite to fully understand the different majors in City B.The interaction and characteristics of teachers and principals during the development stage.First,from the perspective of teachers at different professional development stages,analyze their interaction with the principal in terms of the basis of interaction,and the subject and theme of interaction,the state and manner of interaction,and the factors that affect interaction.The characteristics and differences of the teachers when they interacted with the headmaster respectively,and analyzed the deep-seated reasons by interviewing the teachers.Secondly,from the perspective of the principal,through interviews to understand the principal's understanding of the interactive relationship,interaction basis,and interaction issues when interacting with teachers at different stages of professional development,on this basis,the principal and the different majors are specifically explained.Teachers in the development stage have practiced in interactive themes,modes of interaction,factors affecting interactions,and analyzed the characteristics and reasons for the differences to reflect the attitude and focus of the principal's interaction with teachers in different professional development stages.Finally,considering the characteristics and differences in the interactive understanding and practice of the two sides of the interaction,think about strategies to promote the interaction between the principal and teachers at different stages of professional development,and improve the professional development level of the teachers and the management level of the principal.Principals should meet the learning needs of different types of teachers by establishing an equal interactive relationship with teachers;changing management styles and paying attention to the role of different types of teachers;enhancing interaction abilities and skills;actively creating interactive themes with teachers;strengthening and different relevance of types of teacher interaction topics;use of diverse interaction methods and planned interaction time with teachers.In terms of teachers,novice teachers should adapt to the working environment as soon as possible,take the initiative to seek the help of the principal and overcome role obstacles,and actively communicate with the principal;skilled teachers should maintain a learning attitude,attach importance to the director's guidance and improve their interpersonal communication abilities;expert teachers must obey the principal's leadership,learn to change thinking and actively participate in kindergarten management,and actively help the principal to share the work.
