The rise and development of MOOC has created a huge wave in education,which has a great effect on improving the quality of teachers,realizing the professional development of teachers,and promoting education reform.At present,while domestic MOOC research is prosperous,there are not so many studies on how teachers learn MOOC.In order to better guide the construction of MOOC for teachers and improve the adaptability and integration of MOOC in localized teaching in China,this study,based on research of teachers' ability enhancement MOOC: Micro Course Design and Production,will conclude features and principles of teachers' MOOC learning,thus provide reliable advice and reference for the construction of teachers' MOOC.The first part expounds the reason,purpose and significance for choosing MOOC research on teachers as a topic.Besides,based on the status of domestic and overseas research on MOOC for teachers,put forward the shortcomings in the domestic researches on the subject;define the related concepts;propose the research ideas and methods.The second part elaborates related concepts and theories involved in this study,analyzes the guiding significance of behavioral science and distributed cognitive theory to this study,and summarizes the internal and external factors that influence teachers' MOOC learning.The third part gives a brief overview of the course and data of “micro-class design and production”,and analyzes the learner characteristics of the course from gender,age,occupation and region.The distribution of the students' identities conforms to the orientation of the project curriculum.The fourth part first analyzes the internal factors that influence teachers' MOOC learning from the aspects of learning needs,learning motivation and goals,starting point level,and learning experience.Secondly,from the selection of classes,the use of learning resources(including the use of video resources,and the content and resources of the course Evaluation),course discussion area,course assessment,etc.analyze the external factors that influence teachers' MOOC learning.Finally,the data analysis results summarize four characteristics of MOOC learning based on data analysis of key factors that influence MOOC learning of teachers: the main motivation of teachers' MOOC learning is career development,which is easy to lose learning interest;teachers MOOC have specific objectives which are utilitarian;teachers' MOOC have learning dependencies and are tend to give up;teachers' MOOC learning is fragmented.The fifth part proposes suggestions on improvement and development on Micro Course Design and Production from aspects of curriculum resources construction,curriculum assessment setting,interaction,class selection,and incentive system.
