Study On The Work Of College Counselors Based On Similarity Theory

From December 7th to 8th,2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the national university ideological and political work conference: “Our country's higher education shoulders the major task of cultivating the socialist cause builders and successors who are all-round development of morality,intelligence,beauty,and beauty.Adhere to the correct political direction." College counselors work as an important link in the education of colleges and universities.The level of college counselors work directly affects the quality of higher education personnel training.Since the State Council issued the No.16 document in 2004,the favorable situation and good atmosphere for the development of the work of college counselors have been established,which has laid a policy foundation for the construction of a long-term mechanism for the construction of counselors in colleges and universities.The contemporary college students are mostly “post-90s” and “after-00 s.” With the rapid development of society,the independence and diversity of contemporary college students' thinking are increasingly strengthened,and students' attitudes,cognitive styles,and lifestyles have undergone tremendous changes.Undoubtedly increased the difficulty of college counselors.University counselors are faced with the problem that the effect of ideological and political education caused by the differences between students' lifestyles and ways of thinking is not good."Similarity theory" is an important achievement of brain science and thinking science.It provides a theoretical basis for the exploration of similar laws in teaching,educating and educating people in higher education.Applying it to the education and teaching practice of college students,it can provide a goal for the training of college talents.An effective way can promote the continuous improvement of the quality of personnel in colleges and universities.In view of this,this article seeks to use "similarity theory" as the starting point,based on the relationship between "similarity theory" and the work of college counselors,to analyze the necessity of "similarity theory" being integrated into the work of college counselors,focusing on the principle of similarity theory in colleges and universities.The main problems faced by the counselors in their work and their causes,and on this basis,put forward suggestions for strengthening the work of college counselors.It is expected that these suggested measures can provide a useful reference for college counselors from a new perspective.
