Reflection is one of the effective way of teacher’s professional development, this article is from the instructor teacher identity point of view, from the pedagogy of "reflection","reflective teaching","reflective practice","reflective teacher" theory, First it relevant on Mechanism of reference of teachers, based on the actual work of College Counselors in both education and management is a special complex identity. Then it utilize the university authorities and counselor individual interactive way. Finally we construction the counselor reflection mechanism of the college counselors ideological and political education. Taking some universities in Fujian Province as the sample, we analysis on the implementation of the reflection mechanism of counselors and college counselors on Ideological and political education work. It points out the existing construction of college counselor ideological and political education work reflection mechanism problem and the cause of the problem. According to the problem,we put forward same concrete countermeasures. |
