The training of logistics professionals in secondary vocational schools is focused on professional standards and post standards.ephasis on practicality and operability.It is necessary to have a large number of practical training courses of skills in the teaching process.At present,there are "two high and two difficult" circumstances in the practical teaching of vocational logistics: high input,high consumption,difficult to implement,and difficult to observe.In the study of this article,the introduction of virtual simulation technology can alleviate these difficulties to a certain extent and improve the teaching effects of logistics practical training.This study apply the construction of virtual simulation practical teaching system during the period when Qingyuan vocational&technical school set up itself as a national demonstration school.In this paper,the relevant contents are selected in the three major core courses of "storage and distribution management","chain management" and "operation skills of forklift".In the study,we take the students taking part in the practical training as the research object,taking the virtual simulation training teaching design,the effect of practical training system of virtual simulation in training process,evaluation method in virtual simulation environment as the content,and use experimention,comparative analysis carrying on deep research.This study is guided by learning theory,the theory of tower of experience,situation cognitive learning theory and with the instructions of "learning by doing" education thoughts,through several teaching steps of the virtual simulation teaching design,teaching implementation,performance evaluation,and reflection,in the virtual simulation training teaching,virtual demonstration,virtual experience,virtual interaction,virtual assessment teaching and other forms of teaching are carried out,and the teaching effect under the virtual simulation teaching model is tested.Through the study,we find that the training teaching of some logistics processes in the virtual environment can effectively shorten the "do" training time in the real environment,and improve the professionalism and standardization of the operation.However,the virtual simulation teaching can be an effective supplement to traditional practical teaching,but it can not replace traditional practical teaching completely.Therefore,how to integrate and optimize virtual simulation training teaching and traditional practice teaching,and how to assist students majoring in logistics to master the practice training skills are the implementation direction of the virtual simulation teaching and training in the future.This article holds that: the virtual simulation training teaching in logistics major of secondary vocational school has certain feasibility;the demand of virtual simulation teaching for teachers is higher.Teachers not only need to master traditional and practical skills,but also need to be able to design accurately and implement the teaching and training projects of virtual simulation systems according to their specific posts;the virtual simulation teaching resources are difficult to upgrade,and the maintenance cost is high."Integrated sharing,distributed sharing" or "Internet + virtual resource sharing" mode can reduce the repeat purchase of virtual simulation teaching resources and situations under which the resources are laying idle.It also provides suggestions to the following objects for improvement from five aspects: government,enterprises,schools,teachers and students.
