Games simulation training system can be used for employees’ training in underground work and improve training again. Traditional way of training cannot satisfy the training needs in the field today. The simulation training system of virtual environment has the characteristics of high safety, strong interactivity and repeatable, and its effect about the operation in the field of oilfield operation safety training is concerned by people.In this paper, according to the link between the stimulus and the response of the theory of behavioral learning, the learners sho uld form a correct connection and consolidate the relationship between them; The cognitive learning theory advocates that learners should pay more attention to gain experience and the understanding of the specific problems, so as to construct a new cognitive structure on the basis of the original experience knowledge; Constructivism learning theory emphasizes the importance of "situational" factors in the construction of learning environment, it is important for learners to create a learning environment that combines with the actual situation, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the learners; Humanism learning theory and the theory of visual psychology closely linked to the development and design systems are required to learners’ interest in learning, for some difficult knowledge points, not only limited to describe in words, should also be transformed into the image of the animation to help learners to establish learning content.This paper is aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional training methods, and starting from the needs of underground work training. According to the theory of relevant education and virtual character modeling technology as the guide, the Unity3 D development platform, and c # as development language used in oil field workers underground work is design and development of pre-service training and improve training game simulation training system. In addition, this paper proposes the idea of combining simulation training system and Android mobile equipment. In order to realize self-adaption for different resolution ratio of screens,figure out the zoom coefficient according to resolution ratio of developing environment and equipment. The results of self-adaption study on interface UI controls and text under different resolution ratio of screens which used in different screens show that the interface all have been scaled equally.In three-dimensional virtual scene, the motion control of static character model increasing the vitality of the whole virtual scene, and laiding a foundation for the realization of the function of human-computer interaction. A virtual character actions involved in the process of making role modeling and motion control technology. In the virtual scene, it needs good path planning design for the role. In a virtual character technology research and application, mainly includes the creation of a virtual character and motion control. Motion control, including the action of virtual characters based on the finite state machine transformation and path planning of the scene. Involved in the virtual scene of virtual character modeling precision, action of fidelity and path planning, collision detection and other related technical problems.
