Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Dengfeng Taigou Wushu School In Henan Province

This study,we take Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school as research object,which has the highest number of honors and the largest number of students in the martial arts school in China.Using literature method,interview methed and case study method,we conducted in-depth investigation and research on Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school and explored its advantages in operation and its defects and shortcomings,which will give some experience and development inspiration for the future operation and development of our private martial arts schools.This study mainly draws the following conclusions:1.Advantages of Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school(1)Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school is through two aspects of internal and external motivation mechanism in the development of joint operation,external power by means of marketization of sports society the development trend,the internal changes from the traditional advantage of Renaissance culture.(2)Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school is through the Liu family investment,charge students tuition and living expenses,martial arts and events,government support and advertising aspects of raising funds,which charge students tuition,living expenses and Liu family investment are the main sources of its income.(3)Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school is mainly through the tournament,tournament performances,establish good cooperation relationship with many departments and top-down way to do public service activities,and extensive way to communicate information through the mass media publicity.(4)Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school ensures the continuous improvement of its human resources and the continuous construction of hardware facilities through the continuous injection of abundant development funds.(5)Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school culture course is through phase synchronization with the national teaching syllabus,and combined with the characteristics of their school actual teaching evaluation;the technical course is evaluated according to the method of the same level.(6)Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school through the school Party branch according to the continuous development of the school of the situation and formulate various safety regulations,by the leadership of the Party branch,training department,security department in charge,to ensure the safety of the Tagou martial arts school.2.Defects and deficiencies of Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school(1)Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school has not really carry out other sports activities other than professional courses,the school lacks such as sports physiological and biochemical laboratory for teaching.(2)Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school its information communication website lacks corresponding foreign fonts on the overseas promotion,old station part,update slower,these are not conducive to its own achievements to promote to the world.(3)There is a lack of corresponding measures for the evaluation of cultural courses in Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school.(4)There is a lack of corresponding measures for the management of coaches outside the school and security personnel are not asking for information about off-campus personnel entering the school.In the end of this study,for the deficiencies and defects in the operation of Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school,we put forward the targeted suggestions,aiming to provide a reference for Henan Dengfeng Tagou martial arts school and promote better development of sports culture.
