Research On The Graduation Status Of Students In Dengfeng Martial Arts School

The emergence and development of Wushu,after a long process,not only widely spread in China,but also in the world.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,Wushu has been listed as a valuable cultural heritage,which has received the attention of the state and society,and Wushu has been well developed.Dengfeng martial arts school,as an important carrier of martial arts communication,plays a key role in the communication and promotion of martial arts.This is the logical starting point of this study.In recent years,the employment of students in Dengfeng martial arts school has become an important issue affecting the development of Dengfeng martial arts school,and has an impact on the spread of martial arts.This paper uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical analysis,interview and case study to investigate the graduation status of students in Dengfeng martial arts school,obtain comprehensive data about the employment status of graduates,and demonstrate the graduation status of students in Dengfeng martial arts school,find out the existing problems for martial arts school To provide theoretical reference and practical support for improving the quality of Wushu professionals and optimizing training strategies.The results show that:(1)In terms of the destination of the graduates of Dengfeng martial arts school,the graduates of Dengfeng martial arts school have obvious diversified characteristics,such as participating in work,continuing to go to university,joining the army and starting their own businesses.Many graduates choose to work through the unified recruitment organized by the school and the introduction of their parents,and most of them work in martial arts clubs and schools.Nearly half of the graduates of martial arts schools think that there is a connection between their major and their actual work.At present,most of the graduates stay in the third tier cities for development.The salary standard is between 3001-5000 yuan.They are neutral and lack of innovation ability when they are satisfied with their work.(2)In the analysis of Dengfeng martial arts school students graduation problems found that society,school,family,students themselves may have an impact on it.Domestic economy and society are in the stage of high-quality development.In terms of employment,economic development has a great role in promoting the employment of Dengfeng martial arts school graduates.The human resources department and the market department should further optimize the graduation situation of the martial arts professionals in relevant cities of Dengfeng City,marketize the martial arts employment system,and adjust it according to the market demand for martial arts talents,so as to promote the better employment of martial arts students in Dengfeng City.The employment problem of students can not rely on the power of the government,but also need the continuous efforts,integration and adjustment of all forces,so as to achieve the best effect,especially for the school and students themselves,the two aspects of reform is the key.(3)In order to meet the needs of the development of the times and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of Dengfeng martial arts school graduates,martial arts schools should combine the needs of employers to strengthen the construction of professional courses,improve the rationality of the curriculum structure of martial arts,realize the organic combination of jobs and professional courses,strengthen the macro management,improve the employment system,pay attention to career planning and improve employment guidance,In order to ensure a good employment environment for martial arts graduates,we should organize Wushu school graduates to provide professional employment guidance,strengthen cultural teaching and improve the comprehensive quality,expand employment channels and strengthen Wushu teachers,and the government has issued relevant measures to guide the Wushu employment market in a standardized way,so as to ensure a good employment environment for martial arts graduates.
