Teacher-student interaction is a hot issue in kindergarten education research.Teacher-student interaction is not simply the interaction between the educator and the educated, but has obvious emotional characteristics. To a certain extent, the attachment of young children to teachers is the same as their attachment to parents. Therefore, the study of teachers and children's interaction from the perspective of teacher's emotional characteristics is the need of kindergarten teaching, and it is also the need to study teacher-infant interaction. Some strategies for constructing a positive and affective teacher-youth interaction will help teachers to control their own negative emotions in education and improve their education behaviors. They will increasingly become professional kindergarten teachers. This dissertation uses observation, interviews to combine the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of teachers' emotional characteristics. The findings are as follows:1.The emotional characteristics of teachers and young children have no significant effect on the results of teacher-child interaction;2.The teacher-child interaction theme has different teacher emotional characteristics, but it also shows a certain regularity;3.The development of teachers' negative emotions has some processes.4.The negative emotions of teachers and young children influence each other.Based on this,we will initially propose the direction and concrete suggestions for constructing positive and affective teachers and children to interact with constructing positive and affective teachers and children.Constructing a positive and affective teacher-and-youth interaction must be based on three directions:1.The core of building a positive and affective teacher-and-youth interaction is love;2.The key to building a positive and emotional teacher-and-youth interaction is to get along with each other;3.The protection of emotional teacher-child interaction lies in the fair treatment of every child. The concrete suggestions for constructing a positive and affective teacher-and-youth interaction include:1.Create a caring garden leadership culture to create a good atmosphere for teachers' emotions;2.Improve teachers' own emotional intelligence and emotional expression skills;3.Provide external training on improving emotional literacy.
