Family is the cell of the society.For individuals,familyis related to the development of their physical and psychological.Family is the harbor of soul and the bailment of sentiment.With the development of modern society and the change of family structure,increasing pressure of life and complexity of reality problems make individuals are more looking forward to get psychological support and comfort,especially need emotional support from their families.However,due to the change of family structure and function,the interaction of the family members have also changed.Not everyone can feel the emotional warmth from the family,and deep emotional connections are not established in members of all families.The influence of the existence of the problem for teenagers is especially striking.The focus of this article is the lack of emotional cultivation in parent-child interaction of rural family and its reconstruction.Through ananlyze the data what are from the literature research,interviews and participatory observation,this article discovers the specific performance of the lack of emotional cultivation are emotional concept hollowing out,emotional communication of desertification and negative emotional experience.And then,the article analyzes the effects of the lack of emotional cultivation in micro families level and macro society level,and shows the importance of emotional cultivation on individuals.Based on this,This paper explores the reasons of the lack of emotional cultivation in parent-child interaction of rural family from two aspects: social and individual.The social reasons have four main performance.The first one is that the change of family structure makes the change of family values and life style,but when people are in pursuit of material constantly,they not timely renew the idea of thinking.The second one is that gender role transformation and the pursuit of individual autonomy exacerbated parents responsibility consciousness.The third one is that the penetration of the Internet products blocks the parent-child communication.The fourth one is that inadequate developmental resources make rural families lack of guidance and reflection.The social reasons have three main performance.The first one is the lack of emotional cultivation experience.The second is emotional belief system deviation.The third is the imperfect emotion communication mechanism.Based on the analysis of the causes,this paper constructs the formation mechanism of the lack of emotional cultivation in parent-child interaction of rural family.Social work concerned the needs of people.Under the guidance ofthe family system theory,cognitive behavior theory and strengths perspective theory,the article what is according to the actual situation of the service object explores a professional case work intervention solutions and services.To improve the present situation of the lack of emotional cultivation in parent-child interaction of rural family,practice shows that the first of all should build positive emotional cultivation idea and master good emotional communication skills.The emotion should be expressed sufficiently.emotion cultivation should be promoted by company actively.Through the actively accompany,people promote the emotion cultivation.Then,in the specific intervention services,family should be regard as a whole system and parents-children should be focus on as two subjects.The social work intervention pay close attention to the interaction concept consciousness,communication mechanism and interactive content.and improve the key points in the process of interaction.Thereby,achieve the goal of emotional cultivation by effective interactive activities.
