As modern China entered an era of "travel culture",tourism has become a common lifestyle and consumption style for college students.The East and West worlds have always been highly in agreement that tourism has important educational functions.However,academic research on the educational functions hidden in tourism activities is very weak.Based on the reflection of actual phenomena and research theories,this thesis wants to explore the problem-what is the educational significance which tourism actually affected students.The article's along logic line is that personal development of travel is actually a process of social cognition and emotional maturity.It is determined that the social cognitive structure is used as the framework for the interpretation of this article,thus establishing the exploration aim-the influence of college students' tourism on their social cognitive state,from the perspective of the students.Firstly,literature research is conducted to sort out the impact factors of tourism effect and social cognition.Then,a model of the relationship between subjective factors of tourism and social cognition states is constructed;theoretical hypotheses based on the impact models are proposed,and questionnaire surveys are designed.Based on the data of 281 final respondents from Liaoning,Guangdong,Sichuan and other regions,the research tools SPSS22.0 and LISREL9.3 verify most of the research hypotheses,and highlight the positive reflection of tourism on self-recognition of college students;Immediately afterwards,the article further explored the specific substance of the relationship.Namely,what is the impact of tourism activities on the social cognition of college students?The interviews were conducted by 14 college students with diverse tourism experiences.With the subjective responses of the interviewees were investigated through questionnaires,the entire qualitative study was implemented by the research tool Nvivo10.The qualitative analysis shows that tourism has the effect of influencing college students' self-perception,strengthening self-schema,enhancing self-cognition,enriching the cognition of others,and forming or correcting stereotypes.In summary,this article took the relationship between college students' travel activities and social cognition as the starting point,and conducts a scientific research integrating pedagogy,tourism science and psychology.Its research design and research methods have certain reference significance.
