Sina weibo is deeply loved by the public and becomes a major social media for the public to chase celebrities and express themselves to the world.First of all,there are many celebrities,Internet celebrities and experts in the field of weibo,which cater to the expectations of the general public for their close contact with idols and interact with them.Secondly,microblog is easy to operate.,and has simple and lively information display form,accurate and timely information acquisition,so that the platform has more user groups,and the number keeps increasing.By releasing information about products and enterprises,the users will use their fans as possible purchasing groups,and use the content of blog posts and their communication and interaction with fans.Through this behavior,the influence weibo users to establish good corporate image,and promote consumer to buy.It can be seen that weibo user influence measurement and weibo marketing target user selection are critical to enterprise social micro-blog marketing.Based on the information resource management and social capital measurement,this paper studies the measurement of social capital of weibo user's influence and the application of microblog advertisement marketing.First after analyzing the representation of weibo users influence,founding weibo users influence embodiment in he formation and change of social capital.On this basis,the social capital measure index system of weibo user influence is constructed.Secondly,fractal dimension method is introduced,and fractal dimension method is used to measure the complexity,iteration,and communication process similarity of weibo user's influence.This paper constructs the fractal dimension model of social capital of weibo user's influence,and applies the model solution,calculation and result to verify the validity of the method.
