Study On The Influence Of Three Kinds Of Capital On The Social Inclusion Of Inflow Population Of Chongqing City

Since 1980s, with the continuous development of China’s economic and social development, the flow of population is also growing at an annual rate of 11.7%. As of 2014, China’s floating population has break through the 253 million people. In this context, as a national coordinating urban and rural comprehensive supporting reform pilot area and the inland open highland, the inflow population of Chongqing city from 54.6 million in 2004, with the annual average growth rate of 10.36%, rose to 146.28 million in 2014. Whether it is Chongqing, or the national level, because of the large number of population movements, and began to focus on how to manage the flow of population. The government and the society pay close attention to the floating population, which is the support of the research on the floating population. At the beginning of time, the most concerned about how to manage the flow of population. Since the beginning of the 21st century, along with the floating population from the beginning of concerned about the employment problem of existence, switch into not only concerned about the problem of survival, more concerned about the problem of development,such as the quality of work and living environment etc. The direction of research in the field has also undergone a great change. Based on this background, in order to explore the influence of three capital on the social inclusion of inflow population, from the dynamic monitoring data of Chongqing city, which is an important part of national dynamic monitoring data,this paper mainly to do the following work: first of all, by combing relevant research achievements of the social inclusion of the domestic and foreign, to clarify the human capital, material capital, social capital and social inclusion and other related theories, and to define the social capital and other related concepts. Among them, draw lessons from the concept of material capital in the field of economics,the concept of material capital in the field of Sociology is defined in systematic for the first time. Secondly, combing the relevant policies of the floating population in Chongqing City from five aspects, such as guiding the rational flow of the population and deepening the reform of household registration and so on, according to the dynamic monitoring data, Summarized four situations of flowing, such as the process of floating population of Chongqing city is accelerating, and the aggregation effect of population mobility is obvious. Third, Consolidating and merging the dynamic monitoring data of Chongqing city from 2010 to 2015, and the history evolution of the "three kinds of capital" and social inclusion into the population of Chongqing city are revealed through the comparative analysis of different years’ data. In addition, By using cross analysis between human capital and social inclusion, material capital and social inclusion, social capital and social inclusion, to expose the influence factor of social inclusion, such as education level, monthly income and social activities participation consciousness and behavior. The results show that human capital, physical capital and social capital have a significant impact on the social inclusion of the floating population. The higher of the level of three types of capital, the better of the degree of social inclusion. Finally, according to the results of empirical study, proposed improve the overall level of social security and coverage rate, strengthen job skills of the floating population and education investment, offer a choice of diversified forms of employment, optimize the management of floating population, precision management, etc suggestions.
