The development of higher education needs a safe environment to guarantee.The interdependence between the development of universities and the security of universities is mutually conditional.As a highly concentrated science and technology,education and cultural base of intellectuals,universities have always been the "barometer" of long-term national security and social security and stability.To maintain the public safety in universities needs to construct a public security service supply system that accords with the law of the development of higher education.The supply of public safety services in universities in the new era needs to innovate ways of providing services and encourage the active participation of various types of subjects including government,enterprises and social organizations in order to effectively connect social resources with the needs of universities.The supply of university public security services under co-production mode can absorb various social resources and promote the healthy development of campus security environment.Under the framework of co-production,the government and enterprises,social organizations and other co-production entities conduct network-based interaction to enhance co-production performance,and then constitute the supply structure of public security in universities in order to get rid of the inefficient supply of public security services in universities.Based on this,this article takes co-production theory as the perspective of analysis,takes three different types of universities in C city as the observation object,and through empirical analysis,explores the structural patterns of participating participants in the process of public security service provision in universities.Operating conditions,the ultimate cooperation effect of all the participants,and finally try to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different types of college public security service delivery model.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction.It mainly expounds the research background,research significance,core concepts,literature review,research framework and research methods,as well as the research focus,difficulties and possible innovations.The second part is the sample selection for co-production.This part mainly elaborates the basic situation of public security service provision in universities across the country,and classifies the observed objects from the perspective of typology,and describes the specific circumstances of the observed samples.The third part is the structure ofco-production.This part mainly sorts out the historical changes in the public security service co-production in universities,clearly defines the participants involved in the co-production process,and describes the structural model of co-production.The fourth part is the process of co-production.This part mainly analyzes what elements of the co-production process are to be promoted,so as to achieve the desired results.The fifth part is the effect of co-production.Through the design of the indicator system and the specific measurement,the effect of public security service co-production in the three sample universities was compared,and the problems existing in the public security service provision in the campus were summarized.The sixth part is the conclusion.Summarize the research situation of the article and explain the limitations of the research.
