Research On Public Safety Of Physical Education In Colleges And Universities In Hunan

Education is an important part of education in China.With the in-depth implementation of the guiding ideology of "people-oriented,healthy first",school sports is valued by the whole society.And physical security is the important basis for the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports and the safeguard,but in recent years,college students' sports public security incidents happen frequently,hurt the students' health,to some extent hindered the normal of the university sports education work,security problem has become a hot issue of research on school sports.Therefore,it is very important to study the relevant aspects of sports public safety in colleges and universities.At present,the various regions and the investigation done some research about the present situation of physical security,but in this aspect research in hunan province colleges and universities is still a blank area,because of this,this article USES the literature material,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other methods,by the hunan public security college sports present situation investigation and analysis as the research object,to extract the six universities in hunan province sports teachers and students as the research object of this study,and carries on the comprehensive analysis on the result of the investigation,put forward the idea of the hunan province ordinary university sports public safety management system,public safety by reducing the school sports injury accident,lets the student in a relatively safe environment for all kinds of sports activities,promote the school sports education work and the vigorous development of undertakings of physical culture and sports.The conception of the public safety management system of college sports is based on the principle of scientific guide,overall principle,relative independence principle and simple operation principle.After investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Students in hunan province have high frequency of public safety injuries,and the most vulnerable accidents are basketball,football and track and field.2.The main factors affecting sports public safety in Hunan province include human factors,material factors,environmental factors,and management factors.Among them,the human factors,middle school students and teachers are considered to be the important factors that affect the public safety of sports.Among the factors that affect the public safety of sports,the main factors include the existence of physical equipment in sports venues.The important factor is the influence of the natural environment.The management factor is mainly the current non-systematic management system of ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province.3.In the management factors,various universities sports in hunan province publicsecurity management system is not sound,the implementation does not reach the designated position,not enough emphasis on sports work,school sports loopholes in health care system,school sports safety inspection system and the implementation is poor.
