As the main way to eliminate differences and differentiation in our country's youth training stage,compulsory education itself is also one of the reasons for social differences and differentiation.In 2001,in order to eliminate the differences and divisions of compulsory education in primary and Junior schools in rural areas,China further integrated and optimized educational resources and carried out a nationwide removal and emerging of schools.By now,the policy has been implemented for more than 10 years,but a small number of areas in China have not achieved the expected results.Therefore,scholars from all walks of life have to refocus on the national policy which was carried out more than 10 years ago,re-analyze what positive results have been achieved and what consequences have been caused,and analyze why the policy still has not achieved its expectations in some areas under the state's vigorous implementation.Taking L District as a case study,Baoshan City,Yunnan Province,a survey was conducted in the form of questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview in line with the current situation of the removal and emerging of primary and junior school.At the research stage of the paper,the background of the topic selection and the significance of the theoretical and practical aspects of the study are first analyzed,and the related researches both at home and abroad are reviewed.The related concepts and theoretical basis are expounded,and the research ideas and methods are explained.Then a questionnaire is conducted to analyze the results of the investigation.Based on the conclusions,the existing problems in many dimensions,such as school-age children's drop out,the gap between urban and rural areas of compulsory education and students' public safety,are refined,and the causes of the problems are investigated in the aspects of government,school and society.Targeted countermeasures are put forward for the problems so as to further well fullfill the goals of the national policy of removal and emerging of primary and junior schools.
