The Study On Craftsmen Spirit Into College Students' Ideological And Political Education

In the report of the 19 th National Congress,"Building an army of knowledge-based,skill-based,and innovative workers,carrying forward the spirit of model workers and the spirit of craftsmen,creating a glorious social manner of work,and a dedication to excellence,and accelerating the construction of an innovative country." Based on this,this study first analyzes the concept,connotation and characteristics of craftsmanship,and combines the needs of Marx's theory,the theory of human sciences,and the nature of ideological and political education.It explores the feasibility of integrating artisan spirit into the ideological and political education of college students and face the spirit of craftsmen.The problems arising from the ideological and political education of college students give social,school,and personal solutions to the three aspects.This study mainly includes five chapters.The first chapter gives a detailed introduction to the research background and points out the research significance,research status,research ideas and methods,innovations and deficiencies of this article.Chapter 2 gives a general overview of the spirit of artisans.From the aspects of the concept of craftsmanship,the connotation of craftsmanship,the inheritance and development of craftsmanship,and the modern value of craftsmanship,all aspects of craftsmanship are fully interpreted.The third chapter is mainly to explore the theoretical necessity and practical feasibility of integrating artisan spirit into college students' ideological and political education.Marx's theory of needs,the theory of human studies,and the nature of ideological and political education laid the theoretical foundation for the integration of artisan spirit into the ideological and political education of college students.Thethirst for artisan spirit in society,schools and individuals reflects the practical feasibility.The fourth chapter elaborates the status of the integration of artisan spirit into the ideological and political education of college students.Although the craftsmanship theory has entered the classroom of ideological and political education in universities and campus culture has also become more and more concentrated,but the society ignores the spirit of artisans,school education is biased and the students lack of subjective awareness is the problem that the spirit of artisans has been integrated into the ideological and political education of college students.Chapter 5 analyzes the strategy of integrating the spirit of craftsmen into the ideological and political education of college students and analyzes them from the three approaches of society,school and individual.At the social level,the macro-environment has been improved and publicity efforts have been strengthened.At the school level,educational conditions have been improved,school-enterprise cooperation has been strengthened,ideological awareness has been raised at the individual level,and action has been deepened.Solutions have been given to the problems facing the fourth chapter.
