Research On The Development Model Of Sports Art Performance In Henan Universities During The 13th Five-year Plan Period

In the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,with the constant deepening of supply-side structural reforms,the continuous development of science and technology revolution and industrial transformation,and the gradual implementation of "Healthy China" strategy,China’s sports demand will shift from a low level to a single level to multiple levels,Diversified expansion,the combination of sports and the arts,the integration of sports events and performances,the sports consumption mode will expand from the physical consumption to the participation and viewing consumption,and the society will also show the demand for more new sports talents.Sports industry from the pursuit of scale to improve the quality and competitiveness of the transition,inevitable inseparable from the talent,and training college sports in China’s sports industry will play an important role.The research systematically studied the personnel training of sports and art performances in 8 colleges and universities in Henan Province by means of literature research,expert interviews,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,Analysis of the influencing factors,development modes and strategies of performance projects,and formulate the specific path of personnel training according to the policy direction of the "13th Five-Year Plan" period and the needs of social talents,so as to cultivate new talents in the society.In determining the guiding ideology of development and development Goals,accurate market positioning under the premise of building its development model of thinking,and then put forward development strategies.The study concluded that:1.The "13th Five-Year Plan" period is an important stage for the development of sports and performing arts projects.It has good conditions for development in terms of social environment,national policies,and economic development.2 At present,the most widely-established sports programs in colleges and universities in Henan Province are basically aerobics,martial arts,sports dance,and the most prominent cheering events in recent years.The scope of artistic gymnastics is smaller.3.Sports art performances in Henan Province are not set up as a separate course in colleges and universities.The teaching skills of the project are the most important,followed by the basic theoretical courses,the proportion of courses and credits,and the practice of heavy skills.4.The training objectives of the majors of the Henan Province’s sports artistic performance projects during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period are mainly focused on: training related motor skills,based on having relatively complete theoretical knowledge,and the ability to have teaching,competition,and organization.Multi-functional talents with management capabilities.5.The influencing factors of the development of sports art performances during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" include: projects,universities,and society.Among the factors that affect the factors included in the project are: sports dance,cheerleading,aerobics,and rhythmic gymnastics.Influencing factors The colleges include the following factors: professional courses,skills training,and competition performances.Influencing factors The included factors in the society include: marketization,socialization,and industrialization.6.The “four in one” development model:(1)Focusing on personnel training to develop students’ comprehensive capabilities;(2)Focusing on society as the standard and cultivating new talents in the society;(3)Building on the foundation of the classroom to strengthen the construction of specialty specialty;(4)Projects Development as a goal,improve the comprehensive management mechanism.And put forward four major development paths: establishing multilateral cooperation,highlighting the project characteristics,taking into account the social development of the project;focusing on the effectiveness of personnel training,setting disciplines,forming the characteristics of project development;the combination of "teaching,training,scientific research" should truly become the talent training Quality assurance;relying on the background of the times,innovative ideas,features based,broaden their horizons.
