Volleyball competition at the present stage, the volleyball referees there were large in quantity and quality requirements, as the important base of sports talent cultivation in colleges and universities, the cultivation of student’s judgment ability is not only contribute to the development of Chinese referee team of high quality, and to improve the comprehensive quality of students themselves and become mastering many skills while specializing in talent to lay a solid foundation in the future.Through the review of previous literature and data, found that the study of university students’ volleyball referee training is relatively small, and about the sports training in colleges and universities in henan province referee ability training of students research at present is still in the blank, it also provide a certain research space for the writing of this article. In this paper, by adopting the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, expert interviews and field observation in 6 universities in henan province sports training in volleyball class and access a survey on the students and teachers in colleges and universities in henan province sports training volleyball class referee ability present situation has carried on the detailed analysis, find out the factors that influence the students referee ability to improve and Suggestions are put forward.Problems mainly have six aspects:(1) in henan province university sports training to cultivate students’ ability of volleyball referees, though most of the students willing to learn volleyball referees, but most of the learning motivation is the employment problem in the future, the motivation in learning after the referee will have certain degree of influence.(2) the arrangement of the referee class in the university teaching plan is less, leading to the teacher in class will focus on technology and tactics of the teaching content of teaching, making students after finishing the study of technology of don’t have adequate time for volleyball lay knowledge to learn.(3) the student referees get few opportunities for practice, of cutting the competition level is not high, in the event of the organization and the choreography on the other hand also can not get a good exercise.(4) the school to stress students volleyball referee ability training, causes students it is difficult to through the advantageous way to learning volleyball referees, you cannot get larger increase of cutting ability.(5) the college teachers in henan province of board cut level is higher, but the average distribution, high level judges teachers still need to further improve.(6) somewhat monotonous teaching methods, the use of multimedia teaching level is low, so that the students can’t understanding of volleyball referee form intuitive and efficient learning, prone to boredom, boring of the negative state of mind.6 to study and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures:(1) universities and colleges in henan province should be multifaceted popularizing volleyball referees knowledge, let the students have a correct understanding on volleyball referees, improve the enthusiasm of learning volleyball referee, the referee’s learning motivation.(2) universities and colleges in henan province should be appropriate to increase the distribution of the volleyball class, students in completion technology can have plenty of time to study and practice volleyball referees.(3) universities and colleges in henan province should actively organize and participate in internal or external volleyball match, and are doing more to cooperate with local sports department and the enterprise, the referee for the students to make more of board cut chance of the game. And volleyball referees elective course, set up volleyball referees interest group, let the students to master the theoretical knowledge and get the practice and exercise, in the board of the cutting level and improved in such aspects as event arrangement.(4) universities and colleges in henan province should attach importance to the cultivation of student’s volleyball referees, strengthen the teachers troop construction and the construction of the facilities, the referee assessment on a regular basis and to reach the level of referees, level promotion.(5) to ensure the referee ability training for students in the process of the high levels of guidance to, so that the students of cutting ability was improved.(6) universities and colleges in henan province should exercise a variety of teaching methods to the teaching of students, and popularization of multimedia teaching in the teaching.
