Moral and moral education has always been a hot topic of concern.In the past decade,the education reform has gradually deepened,and the moral education model of college students has shifted from formal moral education to substantive moral education.However,many problems still exist in the moral aspects of college students.This is mainly due to the fact that moral education has divorced from the lives and needs of college students and neglected morality.Because of the dynamic nature and interactivity of development,it is necessary to pay close attention to and study the life space of undergraduates,analyze the forces and resistances formed by the interaction of various elements in the life space,reduce resistance,strengthen motivation,and form a synergy that promotes the moral growth of college students,to achieve the moral development of college students.This topic mainly uses the literature research method and the case analysis method,based on Kurt Lewin's life space theory,analyzes the impact of college students' life space on moral growth,and proposes corresponding countermeasures in a targeted manner.The specific study is as follows:First of all,the theory is constructed from the aspects of the connotation,composition,characteristics and dynamics of life space.The life space is all the facts of the individual's behavior resulting from a certain period of time.It is the result of the interaction between the person and the environment.Therefore,the change of the life space is affected by the state of the environment and the state of the person.The structure of a life space composed of regions,borders,and paths as its basic elements is characterized by systematicness,reality,specificity,and dynamics.The change of life space produces different kinds of motivation,namely,impetus and resistance.Different motivations in turn affect the change of life space.On the basis of this theory,the relationship between college students' moral growth and the life space of college students is further analyzed.Through the analysis of the literature on moral education,the predicament of contemporary college students' moral growth is analyzed.That is: moral labeling and moral indifference are widespread;school morality problems in education;institutional regulations reduce morality and so on,laying the foundation for further research;Secondly,case analysis methods are used to deeply analyze the impact of life space on moral growth.According to Hong Zhanhui's entire moral growth trajectory,a concrete analysis of the changes in the life space or life space formed at key points is performed.Responsibility is an important factor for him to achieve sustainable development of morality.His sense of responsibility is continuously strengthened with the change of life space.Therefore,the synergy formed by the path,border,psychological environment,psychological region,and person inner region in the structure of life space will affect the university students.The moral growth has a dynamic effect;Finally,based on the impact of the above life space on the moral growth of college students,the corresponding countermeasures are further proposed.Firstly,optimizing the family,school,and social regional structure,and strengthening the links between the three regions in order to optimize the life space structure of college students;secondly,by strengthening moral awareness,enhance positive experiences,and play an active role in role models and systems,thereby transforming students' life space resistance.Finally,by strengthening the link between the target area and demand,and strengthening self-efficacy,the internal motivation of the college students' life space will be stimulated,thereby strengthening the motivation of moral growth of college students,to realize the moral development of college students.
