In March 2014,the Ministry of education,published by the Ministry of education on the fundamental task of deepening curriculum reform,pointed out that at the stage of basic education,students should help students to form the necessary character of adapting to the needs of individual lifelong development and social development and the literacy and key ability of solving problems.In the new need of high quality made by higher education,the chemistry teachers of senior high school should also have the consciousness and action of teaching reformation,so as to move towards the right way to develop the teaching of chemical education.Chemistry involves a wide variety of materials,various types of reactions,a wide range of research directions and rapid development in the frontier of science and technology.So if senior high school chemistry teachers keep up with the pace of the times of the subject and rely solely on one person’s strength.The growth cycle is too long,and the efficiency is low,obviously not suitable for high school chemistry teaching.Therefore,the operation of teaching and research team is the key to success.As the leader of the senior high school chemistry teaching and research group,in October 2015,I apply for the project "construction of the professional development community of high school chemistry and research group",aiming to build a teaching and research group which stands on the level of educational research and carry out teaching and research through practical work in order to obtain higher teaching quality.The practical research is to explore the operation of the high school chemistry teaching and research group by the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,teaching research conference exchange discussion,chemistry teaching diagnosis,chemical measurement and evaluation,chemistry teaching design and case analysis,chemical experiment teaching research,Olympic chemistry competition guidance and other key teaching and research work.The goal of the research is to establish a teaching and research team with research ability.The focus of the research is on the teaching and research group,such as collective lesson preparation,passion class,view class discussion,proposition examination,solving the key problems encountered in the course of students’ chemistry learning,and breaking through the difficult problems.The difficulty of the research is the model of the coaching of the Olympic chemical competition,as well as the research on the professional development of the senior high school chemistry teachers.
