With China's entry into a new era,the pursuit of fair and quality pre-school education has become the key to running a good pre-school education and realizing the good expectation of early childhood education.In order to give full play to the characteristics of collectivized running of parks,such as sharing educational resources,promoting educational equity,and realizing the sharing of high-quality educational resources,it is an effective means for local education authorities at all levels to encourage collectivized running of Parks under the leadership of famous parks and key parks.However,with the rapid expansion of the scale,the problems of "tangible without nucleus" and "quantity without quality" also appear in the group-run parks,which can be attributed to inadequate supervision and non-standard system,among which the quality of teachers as a whole has become the key to measure the quality of the group-run parks.This study studies the path of kindergarten teachers' professional development under the background of collectivized kindergartens,with a view to analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the development of kindergartens' teachers' professional development,and building a path for future development.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the relevant literature,this study compiles questionnaires and interview outlines combined with their own work experience,and selects an education group in Wuhan as the case study object.Questionnaire survey method and interview survey method are used to collect data for its researchers,kindergarten directors and teachers.Through sorting out the data,the advantages of preschool teachers' professional development in this education group are analyzed,such as large promotion space for teachers,standardized management system,strong centripetal force of group culture,convenient access to training resources;and the disadvantages: teachers' training content emphasizes knowledge and skills,teachers' training methods emphasize training rather than self-development,teachers' development planning emphasizes top-level design rather than demand,teachers' team emphasizes training resources.Form is less important than community building.Through attributing the advantages and disadvantages of group kindergarten teachers' professional development,this study puts forward some suggestions for reference: first,development guarantee: professional continuity under system management;second,development approach: professional reflection in action research;third,effective methods: professional mutual assistance in learning community;fourth,development guarantee: professional continuity under system management;second,development approach: professional reflection in action research;third,effective methods: professional mutual assistance in learning community;Important Conditions: Professional Leadership under the Community of Teaching and Research;Fifth,Effective Carrier: Professional Innovation under Project Research.
