Dewey repeatedly mentioned in "Democracy and Education" that the understanding of the community in the community(including goals,knowledge,beliefs,expectations,etc.)and the communication process to achieve these commonalities are themselves educational.And put forward the school as a "community of inquiry" point of view.Under the emergence of the information society,professional learning community gradually entered people's vision and became an important concept tool for reflecting on traditional education.Research has repeatedly proved that the development of professional learning communities is one of the most effective educational reform strategies.It can promote the professional development of teachers and improve students 'learning.The ‘Teaching and Research Group' is a specific grass-roots organization of teachers in our country.It has the characteristics and functions of a professional learning community to a considerable extent.How to make the Teaching and Research Group in the system into an effective community of professional learning is not only the needs of teacher development,but also one of the directions of school reform and development.Taking a reformed school as an example,this paper investigates the teachers of the teaching and research group of J middle school.The data of the questionnaire are analyzed using SPSS22.0 software to form a preliminary report and serve as a clue and direction for field research.During the field study,the researchers observed and recorded the teaching and research group's lesson preparation,lectures,lectures,seminars and public display activities,interviewed the teachers in the teaching and research group,and collected documents on the professional development of the teaching and research group and teachers.These data are collated and analyzed.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the influence degree and process of teaching and research group in J middle school on teacher development,and confirms the significant correlation between professional learning community and teacher development by means of empirical research.This needs to observe,reflect,and study the professional development of teachers under the perspective of professional learning community,and explore ways to better transform teaching and research groups to better serve teachers 'teaching,student development,and school improvement.First of all,this study takes the Teaching and Research Group of different disciplines in the J Middle School of Z City as a case study.From the perspective of questionnaire survey and interview,the author analyzes the influence degree and process of Teaching and Research Group on the development of teachers in the background of education reform in China,including the development of educational concepts.The development of teacher knowledge,the development of professional reflection,the acquisition of development opportunities,the improvement of work efficiency and the enhancement of professional emotions are six dimensions,and the strategy of promoting the Teaching and Research Group to achieve higher development level is considered from the perspective of professional learning community.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,it is found that in the dimension of educational philosophy and professional reflection,the teachers who are the head of the Teaching and Research Group are significantly different from those who are not.The head of the Teaching and Research Group has a deeper understanding of educational philosophy than ordinary teachers.The degree of professional reflection is also higher;Teaching and research activities help teachers to increase their teaching knowledge,compared to other aspects.This kind of help has different content and levels in teachers at different stages of development.In different Teaching and Research Group teachers share different resources and views.In some groups,teachers only learn from each other's teaching resources,while in other groups,the exchange of views and ideas among teachers is smoother.Finally,according to the problems found in questionnaire survey and interview,combining with the theory and ideal model of professional learning community,this paper summarizes the factors that affect teachers 'professional development,and divides them into the factors that promote teachers' development and the factors that hinder teachers ' development.Then from the point of view of building a teaching and research organization for teachers to learn common body shape,three strategies for improving the Teaching and Research Group are put forward: strengthening the professional development orientation of the teaching and research group,creating a cooperative teaching and research atmosphere,and implementing three strategies for effective management in the school.In the actual investigation and study,it is found that the actual professional development activities of teachers are far less clear and definite than those discussed by scholars.The activities of the Teaching and Research Group are messy and fragmented,and teachers' teaching discussions have strong situational dependence and action orientation.For the actual background of our country,in addition to drawing on the research of Western scholars,we also need to establish a teaching and research group development model that is suitable for our educational background based on our own research results.
