Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education Of Communist Youth League In High School Of New Era

The Communist Youth League in Secondary school is the basis and origin of the communist youth league,directed by the Chinese Communist Party,and one of the important part of new-period communist youth league.The outlooks on the world,life and values of communist youth league members are set up during the high school phase,which is the important time for them to form their political concepts and ideology and morality.This phase do also connects the young pioneers and CCP.The members of CYL are very energetic,potentially and creative.The ideological political education is the vital content of secondary school's communist youth league work.This works may influence the healthy development of the CYL members,and related to the long-term development of the CYL.It's obvious that,there are some advantages of secondary school CYL development in new period,whereas,some problems are still coexisted,which may affect its ideological political education.This dissertation treat Huaibei Experimental High School,Anhui Province,as a case study.Questionnaire is the main method of this thesis,which collects the specific content,outstandings and students' ideas of communist youth league work in this school.What's more,we concluded the previous research in this area.Thus,some problems have been presented,such as different concepts,solely means,less goal-oriented,poor long-term effectiveness,etc.Given those issues,the thesis put forward some solutions on ideology,organization and work methods.In order to improve the function on ideological political education of CYL,the faculty should realize the importance of CYL in education.Besides,set up a fighting,cohesive and professional team to undertake these work.Thirdly,we should promote the approaches,activities and contents for the CYL work,which will be stratified with the requirements of high school students.
