The Practice Research On The Date Visualization Of Online Educational Forum

With the rapid development of information technology,education is gradually moving towards information,and the new mode of online education is becoming more and more popular.This kind of new way to subvert the traditional education mode has broken the limitation of time and space.Expand the space of teacher-student interaction from reality to virtual network space.As a platform for students to communicate in online education mode,forum is an important way for teachers to obtain students' teaching feedback.However,the noise of forum post text data is large,the information is scattered,and the amount of data is often huge,which leads teachers to understand the online learning situation of students by reading the forum post text directly,which is inefficient and lacking of objectivity.Therefore,the purpose of this thesis is to conclude In order to help teachers master the process and status of learners' online learning,the effective information of the forum can be quantified and presented through data mining and visualization technology.This paper first introduces the development of data mining and visualization technology at home and abroad,and then combs the related theoretical basis of online education forum,including the related concepts of online education forum.In order to lay the technical foundation of the thesis,the concept,key points and common techniques of data mining technology are introduced.In order to display the online education forum data effectively,a visualization system based on online education forum data is developed in this paper,and it is named VisFor.In order to ensure that the visualization system VisFor can meet the teaching needs of online teachers,this paper completes the system requirement analysis by semi-structured interview method,and then determines the task goal and system framework of the system development.The research focus of this paper is to complete the specific data mining task and the effective visual design and implementation combined with the target of the system development task.In terms of topic mining of the forum,considering that the content of online education forum will increase with the updating of teaching content,this paper optimizes the traditional topic clustering technology.A topic clustering algorithm based on classification vector increment is implemented.In the emotional mining aspect of the forum,because the task goal divides the emotion into three types:question,suggestion and affirmation,instead of the traditional positive,neutral or negative emotion polarity,the thesis chooses the SO-PMI emotion.The propensity for the point mutual information algorithm for calculating word sentiment orientation,to determine the emotional word category,so as to construct the model calculation questions,suggestions and positive feelings of emotion.But in the categories of visualization,the visualization module of this paper is to improve existing chart like or icon style innovation,including visual and emotional results Association visualization is two compound layout design innovation of this paper.Emotion visualization is a composite circular and rectangular rectangular layout,the layout along the concentric circle gathered outside the arrangement,echoing with the inner ring in the form hierarchy,is a composite display on different dimensions of homologous information data;and Performance correlation visualization is the composite layout of checkerboard and column chart.In order to display multidimensional data,two dimensional data is used to define the checkerboard,and the sub-dimensions are nested in each grid in the checkerboard.This composite layout is suitable for displaying multidimensional data with nested relationships.In order to verify the validity of the above research,the paper evaluates the visual system VisFor in the online education forum.Before the experiment,the target of the experiment evaluation and the commonly used evaluation indexes of the visualization technology are introduced.Then,the evaluation experiment design is carried out according to the above evaluation objectives and technical indexes.The evaluation results are compared with the evaluation data.Finally,the evaluation results are collated and analyzed.The evaluation experiment proves that the use of the online education forum visualization system VisFor helps to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the information of the online education forum.However,there are still some shortcomings in this paper.Therefore,in the last chapter of the thesis,the paper summarizes the research work,and explains the shortcomings of the paper.Finally,it looks forward to the research points that still have the value of further exploration.
