In the 21st century,mankind has entered the era of digital economy,and informationization has also become an inevitable trend of educational reform.For the cultivation of new talents in the 21st century,informationization is a strategic choice for education development in all countries.In order to better plan the future development of information technology in secondary vocational education in Wuhan,and ensure the scientific,orderly and efficient development of secondary vocational education in Wuhan,and promote the modernization of vocational education through the informationization of vocational education,the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Education plans to compile Wuhan City.Vocational Education Information Development Action Plan(2018-2020).Based on this,this article evaluates the status quo and influencing factors of teachers' information technology application ability in secondary vocational schools in Wuhan.The main research content is as follows:(1)Construction of an evaluation index system for the status quo of information technology development in secondary vocational education in Wuhan.This study is based on the standard framework and indicator system for domestic and foreign teachers'information technology application capabilities,and based on relevant research experts,first-line teachers,and educational information management personnel's suggestions,based on combing domestic and foreign related literature,combined with the proposal of the Ministry of Education of China.The evaluation index system for education informatization,after several rounds of expert meeting discussions,screened the indicators,and finally established a framework and indicator system for ICT application ability evaluation of teachers in secondary vocational schools.(2)Conduct empirical research on the status quo of the development of informatization in secondary vocational education in Wuhan.Based on the evaluation indicators formulated,the "Status Survey Questionnaire for Informatization of Secondary Vocational Education in Wuhan(Teacher)" was compiled.Wuhan Secondary Vocational School was selected for field research and data were collected.(3)Analyze and evaluate the current status of teachers' information technology application ability in vocational schools.In Wuhan,select a certain percentage of secondary vocational schools to conduct empirical research,and based on the survey data,use descriptive statistical analysis,analysis of differences and other methods to grasp the basic development status of ICT application ability of secondary vocational school teachers in Wuhan.(4)In this study,a path analysis method was used to explore the interrelationship between the infrastructure environment,the use of information resources,and ICT application capabilities.A measurement model was established and the model was used to predict the interaction among the three..(5)Suggestions for the development of IT application capabilities for teachers in secondary vocational schools in Wuhan.Based on the status quo of ICT ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools and the analysis of influencing factors,the future development proposals and policies are proposed.
