In recent years,in order to improve the application ability of information technology of primary and secondary school teachers,information technology-related training of teachers has been carried out in various ways throughout the country.However,the study found that the disconnection between learning and use has always been a prominent problem in training,and teachers have failed to effectively transfer the information technology knowledge and ability acquired in training to the real classroom teaching situation.The purpose of this study is to reveal the factors and paths that affect the transfer of IT application ability training of primary and secondary school teachers,and then put forward optimization strategies to solve the problem of poor transfer of information technology training.Firstly,through literature reading and interviews with primary and secondary school teachers,four factors that may affect the transfer of information technology application ability training were preliminarily identified: transfer efficiency,transfer motivation,transfer climate and transfer design.Then,through the steps of expert consultation,interview,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,five scales including transfer efficiency,transfer motivation,transfer climate and transfer design,and transfer effect were compiled,and taking the primary and secondary school teachers who participated in the training of information technology application ability and returned to work for more than half a year as the object,the questionnaire was issued and the relevant data were collected.Next,methods such as correlation analysis,regression analysis and path analysis were used to conduct statistical analysis on the survey data,fit and verify the hypothesis model,analyze the influence direction of each variable on the training migration effect,and calculate the effect size.Finally,according to the law of the influence of each variable on training transfer,several strategies to promote training transfer were put forward.It was found that transfer motivation,transfer efficiency,transfer design and transfer climate were significantly correlated with transfer effect.Meanwhile,transfer efficiency can directly affect transfer effect.The transfer motivation directly affects the transfer effect,and indirectly influences the transfer effect through the transfer efficiency.Transfer design directly affects transfer effect,and indirectly affects transfer effect through transfer motivation.Transfer climate directly affects transfer effect,and indirectly affects transfer effect through transfer motivation or transfer efficiency.transfer motivation or transfer efficiency play a part of mediating role.Based on the above research results,this paper suggests that the transfer design should be implemented in three aspects: pre-training,training and post-training,and that the transfer climate should be created from four levels: leadership support,transfer conditions,institutional guarantee,and colleague support.Through transfer climate and transfer motivation as the adjustment to promote the transfer effect.In order to carry out the general requirements of national education informatization,the Ministry of Education began to implement the project of promoting the application of information technology among teachers in primary and secondary schools in 2013.The results of this study are helpful to solve the problem of learning-use disjunction in training and to improve the training performance.The results of this study can provide decision-making references for education departments and schools to formulate teacher training policies and plans.
